AEW Dynamite Live Recap, Results & Highlights: MERCEDES MONE BRUTALLY ATTACKS TOP STAR, NEW HURT SYNDICATE MEMBER, BIG BRAWLS

Kenny Omega and Swerve Strickland fight back against The Bucks. Samoa Joe has Jon Moxley locked in a Coquina Clutch, but GABE KIDD comes out and attacks him with a briefcase.

After more destruction, The Bucks put Kenny Omega and Swerve Strickland through tables as the heels stand tall to end the show.

There is complete chaos all around. Kenny Omega chokes Nicholas Jackson with a steel chain before The Bucks connect the BTE Trigger on The Cleaner.

Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs attack The Young Bucks. The other stars get involved and there is complete ANARCHY!!!!

The Young Bucks are shown leaving the arena as Renee Paquette stops them for an interview. Matthew Jackson calls Samoa Joe a liar for not following up on his threat from earlier in the night. BUT.....

In the end, Mina Shirakawa gets the win over Julia Hart with a quick reversal.

Mina Shirakawa wins

Post-match, Julia Hart attacks Mina Shirakawa. Shirakawa fights back and applies the figure-four. Skye Blue comes in and attacks Shirakawa. Toni Storm helps Shirakawa.

Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa have a standoff before things break down. Shirakawa targets Storm's knee and applies the figure-four on the ring post. Storm is in severe pain.

Julia Hart goes for the moonsault, but Mina Shirakawa moves aside. She then hits a dropkick on the knees, and goes for the figure-four. Hart rolls her up for a two-count.

Julia Hart is punishing Mina Shirakawa. Shirakawa kicks Hart in the midsection to make her comeback and follows up with a rolling elbow strike. She hits a dragon screw, but Hart reverses the figure-four. Hart traps Shirakawa with an illegal move on the ropes.

After some back-and-forth action, Shirakawa confronts Toni Storm. However, that is a big mistake. Hart attacks her from behind and is in complete control of the match.

Julia Hart vs. Mina Shirakawa

Both stars lock up in a collar-and-elbow tie-up before Julia Hart gets the upperhand. She walks on the ropes and hits a moves, but Mina Shirakawa fights back.

Hayter says it was destiny and it is destiny that The CEO will lose everything. Mercedes Mone loses her cool and attack Jamie Hayter. Hayter fights back with a Hayterade on Mone. The segment eventually ends with Toni Storm coming for commentary for the main event.

Mercedes Mone hypes herself up and vows to walk out of Double or Nothing as the winner. Mone says Hayter's chapter will end at DoN. Jamie Hayter points out that Mone lost the NJPW Strong Women's Title.

Jamie Hayter cuts a passionate promo. Renee Paquette asks Mone if she is worried about Hayter possibly handing her the first loss in singles competition in AEW. Mone is not worried.

Jamie Hayter gets the first chance to speak. She says she has no issues being the underdog. Hayter adds she is not an obnoxious CEO like Mercedes Mone.

FTR and Stokely Hathaway are in a backstage segment. Stokely hypes up FTR. He says Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler want to look Nigel McGuinness and Daniel Garcia in the eyes before signing the contract for DoN. This will happen on Collision.

Post-match, Ricochet celebrates before Mark Briscoe comes out with a stretcher. A fight breaks out and Briscoe puts Ricochet on the stretcher. He looks for a high-flying move, but the former WWE star rolls out of harm's way.

Anthony Bowens avoids an elbow strike and follows up with the Arrival. He then hits the Molly Whoop on Ricochet, but he goes to the outside.

In the end, Ricochet attacks Anthony Bowens with the scissors as the referee was distracted by Billy Gunn. He then hits the Spirit Gunn for the win.

Ricochet wins

Anthony Bowens regains the momentum with a famouser before dropping him on the mat for a two-count. Bowens and Ricochet exchange strikes before Bowens gets a two-count after a superkick.

Ricochet is in the driver's seat at this point in the match. Anthony Bowens fights back with some strikes, but Ricochet connects with a dropkick. He gets a two-count.

Back in the ring, Bowens with a kick to the side of the head. The two stars battle on the apron and Ricochet pushes Bowens onto the ring post. He then drops Bowens on the hardest part of the ring.

Ricochet vs. Anthony Bowens

Anthony Bowens gets the better of Ricochet in the early stages of the match. He hits a faceplate and sends Ricochet to the outside, Ricochet gets in Billy Gunn's face before Bowens attacks Ricochet.

Kazuchika Okada is in a backstage segment. He takes offense to Mike Bailey calling him out. Okada says he will show at DON why he is the Continental Champion and Bailey is not.

Dustin Rhodes then hypes up himself and Sammy Guevara. He mentions about their match against The Hurt Syndicate at Double or Nothing. Dustin says he and Sammy are day 1 guys and fights with heart and soul.

Dustin Rhodes says he would bet on himself and Guevara if he was betting man to win at Double or Nothing.

After some thinking, Bobby Lashley also signs the contract. IT IS OFFICIAL. MJF IS IN HURT SYNDICATE. Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara interrupt them. Dustin shuts down MJF before warning MVP to warn for the snake in the guts, MJF.

MJF takes a shot at his mother before he and MVP berates the crowd for booing them. Mark Sterling brings out the contract. MJF, MVP, Shelton Benjamin sign it. Bobby Lashley is thinking.

The Hurt Syndicate come out to the ring. Their lawyer and MJF's lawyer, Mark Sterling, are also in the ring. MVP says tonight they officially induct MJF into the group.

We see a brief segment involving The Hurt Syndicate and MJF before MJF's contract signing tonight.

Post-match, The Young Bucks and Death Riders attack Samoa Joe and The Opps. KATSUYORI SHIBATA IS BACK. He gets taken down with a low blow by Marina Shafir. Willow Nightingale comes in and hits the Pounce on Shafir.

Kenny Omega also comes out. He attacks Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castganoli. Omega looks to put Matthew Jackson through tables at ringside, but Claudio saves him. Samoa Joe warns Death Riders/The Bucks.

Things break down. The Bucks hit a superplex and The EVP Trigger on Strickland. In the end, Samoa Joe locks up one of the Bucks with a Coquina Clutch and Swerve Strickland gets the win for his team with a roll up on the other Buck.

Swerve Strickland and The Opps win

Swerve Strickland tags in Powerhouse Hobbs. He hits a spine buster on Moxley and then on Matthew. Nicholas Jackson also gets taken down with a spine buster.

After some back-and-forth, Samoa Joe takes down The Young Bucks. Moxley hits the Paradigm Shift on Joe, but Swerve hits the House Call on him. Strickland take down The Bucks with a double stomp.

Jon Moxley hits an inverted stalling piledriver, but Samoa Joe breaks up the pinfall attempt. Moxley has Strickland locked up before both men take each other down with headbutts.

Nicholas Jackson connects with a few knee strikes on Strickland. Jon Moxley is back in and he is in control against Strickland. Marina Shafir also gets some cheap shots in behind the referee's back.

Jon Moxley and The Young Bucks have isolated Swerve Strickland. The action spills to the outside. Strickland tries to fight back, but Moxley stops him with a thumb to the eye and slams him on the steel steps.

Swerve Strickland counters Nicholas Jackson, but Jon Moxley has taken his partners out. The heels triple team Swerve before Nicholas hits the leaping crossbody on Joe and Hobbs. The heels get a two-count on Swerve shortly after.

Moxley beats down Hobb before tagging in Nicholas. Nicholas' offense doesn't do much damage to Hobbs. Swerve Strickland is tagged in and he hits a backbreaker on Nicholas on the outside, but the numbers prove to be too much.

Swerve avoids Moxley, but Matthew Jackson drops him with a superkick.

Jon Moxley corners Powerhouse Hobbs and targets his knees. Matthew Jackson also targets his legs. Moxley is back in and he connects with some punches. Hobbs looks to make the tag to his partners, but Mox with a knee clip.

Strickland attacks Nicholas and does the griddy. Powerhouse Hobbs has been tagged in. Hobbs hits a delayed vertical suplex on Nicholas and invites Mox and Matthew. Nicholas turns things around and tags in Moxley.

Swerve Strickland battles Nicholas Jackson and connects with a backbreaker. The heels are reeling as Swerve hits a big suplex on Nicholas. Things break down before we see Samoa Joe deliver the elbow suicida on all three heels.

Jon Moxley and The Young Bucks vs. Swerve Strickland and The Opps

Samoa Joe and Jon Moxley start the match. Joe unloads on Moxley before Powerhouse Hobbs and Matthew Jackson are tagged in. Matthew is overpowered, but The Bucks double team Hobbs.

Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir are seen entering the arena. Moxley says tensions are rising in AEW and the spoils will go to those that embrace the ANARCHY. We have Jon Moxley and The Young Bucks vs. Swerve Strickland and The Opps up next.

Both stars are ready for their match at Double or Nothing, They have a face-off. We learn that Tony Khan has made it official. Ospreay vs. Page will main event Double or Nothing.

Ospreay says he is happy if the true Hangman Page wins at DoN, he'll be happy. Osrpreay vows to have his back after that and expects Page to do the same if he wins.

Will Ospreay asks how far Hangman Page is willing to go. Ospreay admits he doesn't want to go to the dark side. After some more fired up lines by the two stars, Will Ospreay brings up his past battles and calls himself the best in the world.

Hangman Page says he has disappointed his kid and his wife in these two years. Paqe says he wants to prove his supporters right and prove that it is not late for him to win the AEW World Title.
