A day that promised so much ended in disappointment for India despite picking up a bronze medal. They had four shooters in contention for a medal on day 6. Of the lot, only Heena Sidhu, who won BRONZE in the Women's 10m Air Pistol had any medal to show for her effort. Manu Bhaker, who won the Commonwealth Games gold earlier this year struggled and finished fifth.

While the Men's 300m Standard Rifle Final saw India's Harjinder Singh and Amit Kumar finish fourth and fifth respectively. India will be looking to improve their tally on day seven when the Men's 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Qualification-Stage 2 takes place along with the final. Join us again tomorrow for that but until then, it's goodbye.
