Harish Kumar seems to have some issue with his hand and needs some treatment after he stopped a slap from Jagadeesan with his left hand. The physio is out on the field and the Dragons openers get a brief break.

Chepauk Super Gillies bowled out for 120

It was a collapse of epic proportions from Chepauk Super Gillies. From 64/2 in 8.4 overs, they were bowled out for 120 in 19.3 overs. Aarif top-scored with 36 but the top-order all got starts but couldn't convert and that meant that they failed to even double their score after the first 10 overs, which was a mere 70. Silambarasan picked up three wickets in the penultimate over and was the pick of the bowlers. Varun Totadri and Trilok Nag both finished with identical figures of 2/18.
...
OUT! Another stunning catch and Chepauk are bowled out for 120. This time it is Abhinav who completes an excellent catch diving to his left and Trilok Nag picks up another wicket.
...
DROPPED! Three fielders converged on that and two collided and one fielder looks to be in serious trouble. It is Varun Totadri who is running back from point who drops the catch but he collides with Silambarasan who is running in from deep point. Totadri goes off the field.

Chepauk 120/9 after 19.1 overs
...
Trilok Nag comes in to bowl the final over of the innings. Can Chepauk add a few more or will they be bowled out?
...
There were more wickets than runs in the over from Silambarasan. Three wickets and just runs as he finishes his spell with figures of 3/16.

Chepauk 118/9 after 19 overs
...
OUT! Anirudh Sita Ram picks up another catch. This one isn't as difficult as just jogs forward and completes the catch. Arun Kumar has to go for a golden duck. Arun Kumar c Anirudh Sita Ram b Silambarasan 0(1)

Chepauk 117/9 after 18.5 overs
...
OUT! Dindigul catching has been stunning in the deep. This time it is Anirudh Sita Ram who takes an excellent catch after sprinting to his left and diving forward to complete the dismissal of Samruddh Bhat for a 2-ball duck.  Samruddh Bhat c Balchander Anirudh b M Silambarasan 0(2)

Chepauk 116/8 after 18.3 overs
...
OUT! Sivakumar tries to go big but only picks out Vivek at long on who takes an excellent catch. Sivakumar is finally put out of his misery by a stunning one-handed catch by the all-rounder who judged it perfectly just inches from the ropes. MK Sivakumar c R Vivek b M Silambarasan 3(10)

Chepauk 116/7 after 18.1 overs
...
The plan is clear for Sivakumar, Bowl back of a length and make him hit a boundary. In the 18th over, he couldn't quite do it as just two runs came off it.

Chepauk 116/6 after 18 overs
...
Silambarasan's return to the attack produces just four runs and a close lbw shout and a top-edge that went to no man's land.

Chepauk 114/6 after 17 overs
...
Despite the fall of Harish Kumar that is an excellent over for Chepauk as they hit two sixes and pick up 17 off that over from Hari Nishaanth.

Chepauk 110/6 after 16 overs
...
OUT! Harish Kumar goes for back-to-back sixes but he ends up finding the fielder at fine leg and Hari Nishaanth picks up his first wicket. Harish Kumar c M Mohammed b Hari Nishaanth 8(5)

...
An excellent spell from Varun Totadri comes to an end as he finishes with figures of 2/18.

Chepauk 93/5 after 15 overs
...
OUT! Just as I say that M Ashwin picks out long on to give Varun Totadri his second wicket. That ends the 22-run partnership for the fifth wicket and brings Harish Kumar to the middle. M Ashwin c R Vivek b Varun Totadri 15 (23)

Chepauk 89/5 after 14.1 overs
...
Another four-run over and it looks like both Ashwin and Aarif are happy to take it to the death before going for their shots.

Chepauk 89/4 after 14 overs
...
Dindigul's spinners have been brilliant at producing a steady diet of dot balls. Just four off Varun Totadri's third over.

Chepauk 85/4 after 13 overs
...
A six off this over from Abhinav but still only seven came off it. Chepauk are finding it incredibly difficult to rotate the strike.

Chepauk 81/4 after 12 overs
...
Another tight over from Varun Totadri. A boundary off the second but otherwise five dot balls. The pressure is on Chepauk to pick up the scoring rate.

Chepauk 74/4 after 11 overs
...
Excellent over from Trilok Nag and Chepauk are in deep trouble at the halfway stage. It is up to M Ashwin again to ensure that Super Gilies have a competitive total to defend.

Chepauk 70/4 after 10 overs
...
OUT! Sasidev guides one onto his stumps. He was trying to guide that to third man but only succeeded in guiding the ball onto his stumps. Sasidev b Trilok Nag 2(2)

...
Another excellent over of spin, this time from Varun Totadri. Just six runs and a wicket.

Chepauk 66/3 after 9 overs
...
OUT! What a catch by Totadri to get rid of the Chepauk skipper. Gopinath tries to work it down the ground but gets a leading edge and the bowler dives to his right and completes the catch. Gopinath c and b Varun Totadri 25(18)

Chepauk 64/3 after 8.5 overs
...
After a couple of tight overs, captain Gopinath breaks the shackles with a six over cow corner. 10 runs came off Trilok's first over.

Chepauk 60/2 after 8 overs
...
DROPPED! Ashwin goes big but that goes up a mile in the air. Two fielders were converging and eventually the fielder from long on, Arun Mozhi, ends up dropping the catch.
...
Just four runs off that over from Abhinav. Chepauk have brought up their 50 though but will need both Gopinath and Ashwin to stick around for a lot longer.

Chepauk 50/2 after 7 overs
...
Sedate end to the power play. Just six off the final over and Dindigul will certainly be the happier of the two teams as they got rid of both openers.

Chepauk 46/2 after 6 overs
...
M Ashwin walks in at No.4. He has undoubtedly been Chepauk's most consistent batsman this year. But what can he do? Nothing off the first ball as nine came off that over from Abhinav.

Chepauk 39/2 after 5 overs
