Catch us in the live coverage of the next match between VB Kanchi Veerans and Siechem Madurai Panthers from the same venue. Till then, this is Vignesh Ananthasubramanian live from Dindigul.
What a thriller at the NPR college ground in Natham! Fantastic stuff by both the teams. In the end, Dragons held their nerve and reached home with an over to spare.
14 runs came off the next two overs as things are hanging in balance at the moment. Dragons need 21 runs off 12 balls with an over from Athisayaraj Davidson left.
Vivek hit one straight up, high into the night sky but the fielder at long-on fails to hold onto the catch. That was really tough as it went very high and despite being in position, the ball went through the fielder's palms and into the chest. The over was relatively quiet but a wide on the last ball of the over meant Dindigul got an extra ball and Mohammed made full use of it and added another boundary.
Anirudh played it straight into the hands of long-on but the umpire wasn't sure if the fielder was clear of the rope behind him. Third umpire confirms it.
Vivek welcomed Sai Kishore with a maximum over long-on. He then sent the third delivery of the over into the orbit and finished it off with a boundary and another maximum. 22 runs from the over, just what Dindigul needed here.
Jesuraj, bowling his third over, was spot on from the very first delivery and the pressure on Dindigul batsmen intensifies. A boundary and three singles to show for.
This was another quiet over for Tuti and it became better as Jagadeesan missed the ball completely and fell on the last delivery of the over. BIG WICKET!
Jagadeesan has been timing the ball well tonight and a slight misfield earned him another boundary on the third delivery of the over. Vivek joined the party with a stand-and-deliver shot over mid-off for a boundary.
Davidson got the first one correct, well, almost, but the umpire turned down the LBW appeal. The third delivery was full and wide, Chaturved slashed hard and earned a maximum. The fourth one was a bit shorter and Chaturved cleverly guided it through the slip region for a boundary. But Davidson got his revenge as the batsman played it directly in the hands of the fielder at point on the very next delivery. His second wicket in as many overs.

Skipper Jagadeesan is looking confident here. He dispatched the first ball over the bowler's head for a boundary and then smacked one to the mid-wicket boundary for another four which forced the bowler to come across the wicket. There was a huge mix-up on the fourth delivery but Tuti wicketkeeper didn't collect the ball cleanly. 10 runs from the over.
Davidson, with his Maliga-esque action, tried to get the yorker from the very delivery and paid the price for it as Nishanth opened his account with a boundary. However, the bowler kept going and dismantled Nishanth's wicket on the very next delivery.
After two dots on the first two deliveries, skipper Jagadeesan uses the pace of the ball and guides the ball to the third man boundary. He follows it up with a sweep which earned him another boundary. Good first over.
At one point, it looked like Tuti won't be able to cross the 140-run mark because of the loss of five early wickets. But, Malolan Rangarajan and R Sathish played two stunning innings to take Tuti to 177. Sathish top-scored with 74 while Malolan accounted for 37. This is a brilliant recovery from Tuti.
