KKR Auction Summary: Going into the auction, KKR knew they need quality fast bowlers, death bowlers and some back-up at various departments. They knew what they wanted and they went all out for it and despite filling all the gaps, they still had plenty of cash to spare, which speaks of the strategy that they employed.

KKR end their IPL Auction 2017 with a squad of 23 players, with a maximum of nine overseas players and with INR 5.4 crore in the bank.

And that brings the proceedings to an end.

KKR go for another unknown player in Sayan Ghosh for INR 10 lakh.

Darren Bravo goes to KKR for INR 50 lakh.

And with that we are entering the final round of the auction with each team submitting three players they want.

A couple of astute uncapped buys from KKR.

KKR go for Ishank Jaggi and get him for a base price of 10 lakh.

Brad Hogg's dark horse pick, Ashton Turner goes unsold but KKR get Sanjay Yadav for INR 10 lakh.

Gujarat Lions are making a mockery of going for the tried and tested method as they keep picking up unknown players at their base price.

KKR going silent.

He might not be a replacement for Russell, but he certainly is a steal for just INR 30 lakh. Another promising Windies all-rounder.

KKR go in for Rovman Powell with a base price of INR 30 lakh and they get him for his base price.
