Welcome to the Sportskeeda liveblog of the Asian Archery Championships 2017 Men's Recurve Team Final.

The recurve archers have not been able to match up to the brilliance shown by their compound counterparts at the Asian Archery Championships this year. So far, the compound archers have delivered two gold, two silver and a bronze medal from this event.

India's latest medals came earlier in the day with the women's compound team upsetting Korea to take the gold while the men having to settle for silver.

But now all eyes are on the recurve archers. This is their only chance to make up for the comparatively poor show. The men's team of Atanu Das, Jayanta Talukdar and Yashdev showed nerves of steel in their semi-final match against third seeds China.

They held off the Chinese 5-4 (29-28) in a tightly-contested match to advance to the final. That must have given the Indians a lot of confidence before they face the mighty Koreans.

Can India add yet another gold to their tally in Dhaka?
