And that concludes the proceedings for the day. It was a day that saw KXIP finish with the signing of the most expensive player, who also happened to be the most expensive uncapped player while also making the most expensive overseas signing of IPL Auction 2019. They also signed a bunch of young stars and established overseas stars in Mohammad Shami, Nicolas Pooran and Moises Henriques.

And Riyan Parag is the last player to be sold and RR complete it by signing the last three players.

Now we have three players and once they are done, the auction will be completed.

All the teams each can pick one player to go back to the Auction to complete the day's proceedings.

Now KXIP will have both Ashwins playing for them in IPL 2019.

After an intense bidding war between RCB and CSK, the former get Akshdeep Nath for 3.6 crore.

KXIP have gone for players that would have left most fans and pundits scratching their heads to figure out who they were.

KXIP sign Harpreet Brar at his base price of 20 lakh.

Agnivesh Ayachi is up next. KXIP sign him for his base price of 20 lakh.

RCB sign Prayas Ray Barman for 1.5 crore.

Prayas Ray Barman is creating a bidding war here. The price has gone up over 1 crore.

It is between KXIP and RCB.

It has gone up to 4.8 crore and Kings XI Punjab sign Prabhsimran Singh.

RCB have given up. It is now between Kings XI and Mumbai Indians. Oh my, oh my! Where is this going?

This is heating up. It has gone up to 3.2 crore. And then out of nowhere, MI come in at 3.4 crore.

Now it is over 2 crore. RCB and KXIP are still going at it.

The U-19 star has started a bidding war between RCB and KXIP. The price has gone over 1 crore.

Prabhsimran Singh at a base price of 20 lakh is up next. Now, it is between KXIP and RCB.

Kings XI go in for Shashank Singh along with RR. But it is the Royals who get their man for 30 lakh.

Kings XI Punjab have the most expensive Indian and overseas player in the auction so far. Varun Chakaravarthy and Sam Curran were the beneficiaries as they were bought for 8.4 crore and 7.2 crore respectively.
