This was an innings of four quarters of five overs. The first five overs was relatively even as Tuti scored 41 but lost a wicket. The second quarter was dominated by the Trichy Warriors, who picked up two wickets and conceded just 27 runs. Overs 11-15 belonged to the Patriots, who made the most of a dropped catch off the first ball of the 11th over as they added 55 runs in that period without losing a wicket. The final quarter undoubtedly belonged to Trichy, who conceded just 34 runs and picked up four wickets.

Just five runs off the final over and Ganpa gives Trichy the perfect finish as Tuti finish on 157/7.
