India's performance at the Men's Skiff 49ers so far -
The Indian pair finish 7th in Race 6 of the Men's Skiff 49ers event! What a performance this has been from the duo, who looked all at sea in the previous few races but have bounced back in dominating style!
They were also benefactors from the Switzerland pair of Sebastian Schneiter/Lucien Cujean (6th) and the Portugal duo of Jorge Lima/Jose Costa (7th) being disqualified, which eventually helped the Indians to 7th!

The duo has fallen off a few places but are still within the Top 10, 9th place after Mark 3 as they head towards the finish line.

Even better at Mark 2! Ganapathy and Thakkar climb one position to 4th spot as they round Mark 2, only 33 seconds behind Brazil's pair of Marco Grael and Gabriel Borges.

Hello folks, and welcome to Sportskeeda's Live coverage of the Men's Skiff 49ers category Race 5! India's young pair of KC Ganapathy and Varun Thakkar will battle a very competitive field in what promises to be an exciting day of racing.
The duo's best finish so far came in Race 1, when they ended in 17th position, but since then, they haven't managed to better their ranking. However, with some valuable experience under their belt with the four races done, expect the duo to put in a commanding performance today!
