Chelsea, meanwhile, are set to offer Everton £75 million for their former star, Romelu Lukaku.

Manchester CIty manager, Pep Guardiola, has confirmed that keeper Joe Hart will not be sold by the club. "Of course he can play. All the players in the squad can play, " he said when asked if Hart could adapt to a new style.

"I have a lot of respect for Joe, a lot of respect for his career. I know how good a goalkeeper he is, but today I decided for Willy. That is all."
