That's all we have from Bambolim tonight. We've got a double header tomorrow, with NorthEast United taking on Chennaiyin FC in the first game, before Bengaluru FC face Kerala Blasters. Until then, this is Aaditya Narayan signing off and bidding adieu. Good night.
FULL-TIME: Odisha FC 0-1 FC Goa
Igor Angulo gives FC Goa the three points. How many more times are we going to say that this season? I would bet on a few more. It was a fully deserved win for Goa, who were only kept to one goal because of a magnificent performance from Arshdeep Singh in the Odisha goal. Goa move into the top four now, and have built momentum for their season now.
90 + 5' PEEEEPPP! FC GOA WIN!
90 + 5' Marcelinho's corner is too deep and has gone straight behind
90 + 4' Odisha have a corner in the last minute of the game, after Gonzalez heads behind a long throw from Shubham
90 + 2' Ortiz from distance! Arshdeep palms it behind. That's the third such instance tonight. Terrific performance from the Odisha goalkeeper.
90' Four minutes of stoppage time to come
89' How have Goa not scored?! First Arshdeep makes an excellent save to deny Ortiz. Then Len pounces on the rebound, which is blocked by Tratt. The third shot is blocked by Hendry, and it looked like a handball, but the referee has not penalised Odisha.
87' Marcelinho has three minutes plus stoppage time to save Odisha here.
On - Marcelinho Off - Diego Mauricio
86' Goa have brought on Edu Bedia to replace the goal-scorer
On - Edu Bedia Off - Igor Angulo
84' Odisha are bringing on young Saurabh Meher here as they hunt an equaliser.
On - Saurabh Meher Off - Vinit Rai
83' Ortiz with another shot from distance! This time, the shot has bounced just in front of the goalkeeper, who parries it well, and then catches hold of it before Angulo pounces.
81' That was Brandon's last contrbution of the game.
On - Len Doungel Off - Brandon Fernandes
80' Brandon has gone in the referee's book, for a foul on Tratt. The foul looked innocuous but it looked like he was booked for something he said.
76' And now it's time for the cooling break. Odisha have the last quarter of an hour to save themselves in this game. Arshdeep has kept them in the game so far, and they have had a couple of decent chances with Jerry and Alexander. Can they find that equaliser?
74' Angulo! Delightful ball from Princeton who plays Angulo in behind. The striker sprints past Bora, and takes a left-footed shot, but for once, his shot has failed to hit the target.
70' Hendry Antonay is booked. Well-deserved for a clumsy challenge on Ortiz.
70' That is a chance for Jerry! Onwu gets the first contact on a flicked header, and Jerry has a chance to head at goal, but he puts it wide. Odisha will be dismayed that their best headed chances have fallen to Jerry.
65' The second corner has come to nothing. Goa play it short, and the Ortiz eventually looks for the cross into the box, but that has hit a Goan arm and Odisha have a clearing free-kick.
64' From the corner, Donachie rises, but his header hits the Odisha defender and goes behind for another Goa corner.
64' Big double save from Arshdeep! Terrific! Saviour Gama plays a superb cross behind the Odisha defence to Angulo, whose shot is saved with Arshdeep's left foot. Then Ortiz smashes a shot from distance, but Arshdeep is at full stretch and diverts that behind for a corner.
62' Confusion! Nawaz and Gonzalez are both going for the same ball, and both of them have missed it. Fortunately for Goa, there isn't an Odisha player in sight at the back post.
61' Odisha have a free-kick now, as Redeem makes his first contribution of the game. Unfortunately for Goa, that contribution is a foul on Onwu
58' FC Goa are ready to make a double change, with Princeton Rebello and Redeem Tlang getting ready to come on.
On - Princeton Rebello and Redeem Tlang Off - Lenny Rodrigues and Alexander Romario Jesuraj
53' Alexander hits it just wide! Mauricio keeps a cross into the box alive, and then he tees Alexander up. His shot is well struck, but that has gone just wide, with Nawaz rooted to his spot.
51' Ortiz from distance! The corner is played short and worked to Ortiz, who's in space. He gets the shot on target, but Arshdeep moves well to get behind it and slap it away.
51' Brandon! He exchanges passes with Ortiz and then looks to poke a shot away. Taylor gets in the way and they have a corner.
50' Angulo is convinced that Taylor handled that! Great play from Ortiz to release Seriton through on the flank. Bora imscues his clearance off the cut-back and as it's going towards goal, Taylor gets his body in the way.
47' Chance for Jerry! That's a good cross into the box from Hendry. Jerry gets inside and goal-side of Gama, but his diving header has gone over the bar.
46' PEEEEPPP! And we're back underway for the second half of this game.
HALF-TIME: Odisha FC 0-1 FC Goa
What an end to the half! Odisha actually defended well, they created a couple of chances on the break as well. Eventually, a moment of sheer class from Angulo has put Goa ahead, and now Odisha's game-plan has gone for a toss. What does Baxter change? Join us in 15 minutes to find out.
45= 3' PEEEPPP That's half-time
45 + 2' GOOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!! IT'S THAT MAN ANGULO!
Romario gets to the byline on the left flank and then cuts it back to Angulo. He takes a touch and draws Tratt in before putting the ball past Arshdeep at the far-post. That is top-notch from Angulo. You don't defend that. Absolute class.
45' There will be three minutes added on at the end of the first half.
43' Goa have been gifted possession in midfield by Shubham. Noguera has promptly given it straight back to Arshdeep. Goa are looking to force the issue here, instead of building up patiently.
40' That is poor from Mauricio! Great build-up play from Odisha, as they string a bunch of passes together. Mauricio gets it on the edge of the box, and has options around him. He ignores all of them, and looks to dribble past a host of defenders. Gonzalez stops him in his tracks and clears.
37' Odisha are continuing to defend really well. Taylor is clearly not allowing Angulo to get into the areas he wants to and make the runs the striker wants to. Stuart Baxter's plan has been successful so far.
34' Chance for Odisha! That is superb play from them. Jerry and Shubham play out of trouble at the back, and the latter then finds Onwu. He releases Mauricio in behind but that is a sensational piece of defending from Seriton, who stays with his man, and doesn't go to ground, and pushes him away from goal. Mauricio looks for the cut back to Shubham, but it is behind, and Jerry can only scrape a shot wide.
30' The referee calls for the cooling break now. As expected, Goa have monopolised possession thus far, but haven't really created a clear-cut chance yet.
28' The corner comes to nothing as Arshdeep wins the first punch, and Taylor then clears it further away.
28' Brandon! That is sensational play from the no.10. He jinks past Hendry, and then wriggles past another man. He looks for the cross towards Angulo, but it deflects off Tratt and is goal-bound. Arshdeep scrambles to his left and pushes it behind for a corner.
25' Odisha threaten off a set-piece, which Goa do well to defend. Eventually, Mauricio looks for the spectacular overhead kick, but catches Noguera is attempting to do so. Goa have a free-kick.
23' FC Goa play with fire again, as Odisha press them really well, and get a couple of passes played under pressure. Eventually, Vinit is a bit too forceful with his challenge on Noguera, and Goa have a clearing free-kick.
20' Donachie plays with fire! He looked to play a pass across the face of his own goal towards Gonzalez. Jerry was bearing down on it, and nearly got a foot on it before Gonzalez. Good defending from the Spaniard though.
18' Jerry gives the ball away in midfield, and Angulo is played through on the left flank. He gets past Shubham, but between Jerry and Bora, they do well to dispossess the striker, before winning a free-kick to relieve the pressure.
18' Angulo! Romario leaves a ball down the wing, and lets it run through to Seriton. He cuts back on to his left foot, and manages to put in a good cross for Angulo. The striker's header has gone high. That's two sighters now for Angulo, so you'd think that Odisha would do well to not offer him any more chances.
16' Brandon relieves the pressure off himself, with an absolutely sensational reverse pass to Ortiz. Angulo drags the defender away with him to create space for Ortiz. But the winger hits his shot well wide.
15' Ortiz looks for the cross to Angulo this time, and the striker makes contact on a clever back header which loops on target, but Arshdeep catches it with no trouble
15' Ortiz jinks past Shubham far too easily, as he gets to the byline and then looks for a cut-back towards Angulo. Taylor is in the right place at the right time to clear it away.
13' This time it is Odisha's turn to have a spell of possession in midfield. But Bora and Onwu have a misunderstanding, and they lose possession. Onwu came short to receive the pass, but Bora is looking for the ball in behind the defence. The ball has gone straight though to Nawaz
10' Goa work the ball around the Odisha back four. But when the time came to play the incisive pass in behind the defenders, Lenny woefully overhits it, and Odisha have a goal kick
7' Lenny has gone into the book straightaway. He takes a heavy touch and gives the ball away to Bora. In a bid to atone for his error, Lenny tries to win it back but steps on Bora's foot. Easy decision for the referee.
4' Shubham gets out of jail. That was a poor header from him, as he miscued it straight back into the danger area, but Angulo nudged Taylor and gave away a free-kick, which Odisha are only too happy to take.
2' Goa have their first sigh of the Odisha goal for the night. Gonzalez plays it out wide to Ortiz, who exchanges passes with Saviour and then whips a cross in, which Arshdeep catches easily. That touch from Arshdeep, around 75 seconds into the game, was the first for an Odisha FC player in this game.
1' PEEEEPPPP! And we're underway with FC Goa in orange, kicking from right to left as we see it on the idiot box
The anthem has been sung, the team photographs have been clicked, and in a couple of minutes, the ball will be set rolling in Bambolim
It's time now for the Indian National Anthem
Lenny Rodrigues is the captain for FC Goa tonight, in the absence of Edu Bedia
Ten minutes away from kickoff now, and we are ready for the teams to walk out on to the pitch at Bambolim.
Right, big news for Odisha. Vinit comes back to offer more balance in midfield. Also will be interesting to see who out of Onwu and Mauricio goes out to the left flank.
