When Conor was asked about if he ever wants to be with WWE, he went off. "I haven't really thought about it," McGregor said. "For the most part, those WWE guys are p**sies. They're messed up p**sies if you ask me". McGregor said there are some people he respects over there -- including the McMahons, Triple H and The Rock. But when asked about Brock Lesnar, he fired even more shots. I mean fair play to Brock, he got in and fought (at UFC 200). But at the end of the day he's juiced up to the eyeballs, so how can I respect that?"
In a video posted to his Instagram and circulating in other outlets online, “The Big Guy” wished the WWE “the best of luck in their future endeavors,” a direct reference to the language frequently used when the company releases a talent.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair no longer has a contractual affiliation with WWE. Flair and fellow Hall of Famer Scott Hall were backstage at the recent RAW in Atlanta as both live in the area.
In an interview with Shanghai Daily he revealed “I’ve had a 21-year career. I’m looking forward to retirement actually. It’d be nice to actually see my family. I’ve earned my limited schedule and now it’s the twilight for me. I get to do media, talk to fans, and tour the world and go out with a nice casual wave goodbye; and I’m happy with that.”
Ryback, who has been in a contract dispute with WWE for a few months now, posted this on Instagram:

In an interview with CBS Atlanta 92.8's The Game Mornings on Thursday Seth Rollins reveals his part of story. “I remember I just crushed his nose and he was just disfigured and dismembered. I was shocked he made it to SummerSlam healthy as he did…I apologized profusely. John Cena and I wrestled a million times and every once in a while you’d get a clunker in there but this one was just for some reason, I just made real contact with his face, and rearranged it pretty bad…Wrestling is as real as it gets when it comes to injuries."
It was really bad, John looked gnarly and he felt really bad about it. As per Rollins they were just trading shots and he threw a high knee just for some separation.
