Raquel Gonzalez defeats Dakota Kai by pin.
The Creeds vs. GYV ends in a No Contest.
Dexter Lumis defeats Trick Williams by submission.
Io Shirai defeats Elektra Lopez by pin.
Pete Dunne defeats Tony D'Angelo by pin.

D'Angelo goes to turn Dunne around. It almost looked like he might try to shake his hand, but they continue to brawl. D'Angelo tosses Dunne out of the ring and lands his Fishermen's Buster move. He then gets the crowbar and smashes Dunne's hand with it. "This is what happens when you try to get one over on Tony D," he says as the show goes off the air.

That was one of the best performances of one of the NXT 2.0 stars. Having it against Pete Dunne helped, but D'Angelo was impressive in there against the Bruiserweight.

As both men try to regain their footing, D'Angelo retrieves a crowbar from near the steel steps. Dunne evades it and locks in an armbar instead. Tony gets out of the move by ripping out Dunne's mouthpiece. He sends him into the turnbuckle and goes for his finisher. Dunne counters and lands the Bitter End for the win.

The two men square off on their knees, delivering strikes and forearms. Dunne goes for a move but D'Angelo counters into a Falcon Arrow.

D'Angelo gets out of it with an over-the-head throw. He then suplexes D'Angelo into the corner feet first. Tony goes for a spear in the corner but Dunne moves. He hits an enzuguri and a few other moves for a near fall. Dunne then hits a knee and several stomps to the face.

Dunne wrenches the digits of Tony as we come back from the commercial break. Dunne kicks Tony in the head and grabs him by the arm to deliver more kicks. Dunne chops Tony's chest a few times but it doesn't seem to faze him. He takes Dunne down with a double leg. D'Angelo goes for another move but Dunne catches him in a triangle choke.

Tony attempts a belly-to-back toss but Dunne lands on his feet. He kicks Tony in the back of the head before the action spills outside of the ring. Dunne goes for a flying knee but lands on the apron instead.

In this week's main event, Tony D'Angelo takes on Petey Poppins, aka Pete Dunne. Dunne goes for his signature elbow stomp but Tony evades it. They trade moves before D'Angelo decks Dunne in the face. After back-and-forth off the ropes, Tony hits a pump handle overhead toss. Dunne regains himself and kicks Tony a few times. He locks in a standing guillotine but D'Angelo tosses him off.

Io evades the move and hits a few moves on Lopez, including a 619. She hits a missile dropkick and Meteora for a near fall. Shirai goes to the top for her signature moonsault but Lopez knocks her down. As both women are down, Xyon Quinn comes marching down. Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza attack him but he drops them easily. Quinn has a piece of Mistletoe that he holds over Lopez/ head. Before they can kiss, Santos Escobar pulls him down. Io takes advantage of the distraction and hits her moonsault for the win.
Result - Io Shirai defeats Elektra Lopez by pin.

Lopez hits a few moves early on before Io goes for a move in the corner. Lopez counters out of it and kicks Io down. Elektra grabs her by the hair, but Io fights back and Lopez plants her with a modified spinebuster.

Elektra Lopez heads to the ring to take on Io Shirai. After Legado exits the frame, we see Xyon Quinn lurking in the background.

Wagner attacks Enofe immediately after the match. He pulls him up and drops him with a clothesline. As he leaves the ring, Wagner walks through Robert Stone.

Enofe lands two dropkicks before Wagner catches him and bodyslams him. Robert Stone comes out on the entrance area since all of his clients get cut. Wagner notices Stone and lands a clothesline. Enofe evades a few moves and rolls Wagner up for the shock win.
Result - Edris Enofe defeats Von Wagner by pin.

We get another Shaman session between Riddle and MSK. He talks about the power of the scooter. They shill RK-Bro merch since it's the holiday season. Riddle says he's coming to the arena with MSK next week.

Malcolm Bivens lays out a challenge for Carmelo Hayes at New Year's Evil. Champ vs. Champ, Melo vs. Roddy. That could steal the show.

Waller says he could drop Styles right now since AJ lost his insurance policy on RAW last night. Styles says " go ahead and do it" but he walks away as the heel should.

Styles thinks Grayson is just another Styles rip-off. He sees potential in Bron Breakker, Tony D, and Carmelo Hayes. He says Waller would rather look good and lose rather than look bad and win.

Waller says we can thank him for single-handedly bringing Styles to NXT. Styles tells him to shut the hell up.

As Lumis stands up after his win, Grayson Waller blindsides him with a chair. He says he's taking out the first family of NXT one by one. As Waller picks up the chair again, the big screen reveals that AJ Styles has arrived at the arena.

Lumis fights back and lands a few moves, including a reverse leg drop. Trick gets sent to the corner and tries to use his shoe as a weapon. Lumis catches him and puts him to sleep with his finisher submission.
Result - Dexter Lumis defeats Trick Williams by submission.

Melo and Roddy fight off, leaving ringside. Williams lands a slam for a near fall.

After a brief chase around the ring, Dexter hits a Thesz Press. As he warps Wiliams' neck, the Diamond Mine appears on the random balcony stand in the arena. Wiliams gets a moment of control and he sends Dexter to the ring apron. Carmelo and Malcolm Bivens jaw jack from afar. Wiliams goes for a sliding kick on Lumis but Lumis captures Williams in the ring skirt. He gives Melo a thumbs up before Roddy comes down to attack Melo.

Up next is Dexter "Talks Too Much" Lumis against Trick "Talks Too Much" Williams. Trick goes for a pump kick but Lumis catches it. If Lumis is here and so is Indi, why isn't she jumping his bones?? Story continuity, people.

As if there weren't enough teams, Briggs and Jensen come out in the entrance area. Brutus walks Drake down and gets a tag. Julius goes on a brief run before tagging the still tired Brutus back in. They hit a move but Drake punches him. He then lands a suicide dive on Brutus. Each team attempts to put the other through the Jacket Time table but all hell breaks loose, leading to a no contest.
Result - GYV vs. the Creeds ends in a No Contest.

Jacket Time is the Japanese Announce Team as we come back from break. Gibby and Drake have control of Brutus.

Brutus lands a spinning slam but Gibson breaks up the pin. He hits Drake with a blind tag as GYV hits a move on the outside. Before things can get going again, Jacket Time comes out with what I'm guessing is their own announce table.

The Creeds are in control early on, but James Drake takes a hit for Gibson to turn the tides.

Indi and Persia are backstage getting ready for their match. It got canceled and Grayson Waller decides to gloat in their faces. Persia tries to hold Indi back from ending Grayson, but he says the Grayson Effect is the Way of the future.

James Drake watches some footage of the Creeds working out. Since the Creeds are the new ones to NXT, Drake is impressed. If this was the old NXT, they wouldn't care and just win matches. But since this is new, it isn't.

Gacy also says that he hopes everyone will "grow from this unfortunate event."

Joe Gacy appears with Harland to apologize to Brian Kendrick for his actions last week. He tossed Kendrick down a flight of stairs if you forgot. "We don't condone violence but Mr. Kendrick put his hands on Harland and used offensive language. He called him a freak."

Instead of Mandy Rose, Gonzo gets Cora Jade. They both want a shot and say they will go through anyone, friend or foe, to get it. Mandy Rose shows up in a bikini on a face-time type call. Rose says it will be a triple threat at New Year's Evil. After the proclamation, Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin blindside Gonzo and Cora. They toss Gonzo through the table in the ring before heading off.
