WWE NXT Live Results (1st March, 2022): Dunne takes on Hayes for NXT North American title.

After the match, Hayes says that at Stand & Deliver, he'll defend the title in a ladder match like it was first introduced.

These wins via help from Trick are getting annoying.

Dunne briefly locks in an ankle lock but Hayes gets out. Hayes hits a Scissor Kick for a near fall and goes for a move but Dunne counters and hits the Bitter End. As he goes for the pin, Hayes rolls away. Dunne grabs Hayes by the finger and looks like he going for a Triangle Choke. Hayes slingshots Dunne into the bottom rope and locks in a crossface. Dunne gets out of it and goes for the Bitter End but Hayes counters out. He goes to the top but Dunne decks him. Trick Williams gets up on the apron to distract Dunne and Dunne twists his fingers. Hayes pushes Dunne off the top and lands his legdrop for the win.
Result - Carmelo Hayes defeats Pete Dunne by pin.

Hayes has control of Dunne in a rest move until Dunne stands up and lands a forearm to the face. He hits a move in the corner and stomps onto Hayes' hand. Hayes gets up and attempts a move off the ropes but Dunne decks him in the face for another near fall. Hayes lands a facebuster for another near fall.

Dunne goes for a German Suplex but Hayes counters out into a single-leg crab. He briefly goes outside the ring and motions to Trick Williams to stay out of it. Hayes drops Dunne onto the apron and tosses Dunne into the ring. He gets a two-count.

Dunne hits an X Plex on Hayes as the show heads off to commercial.

It will be interesting to see NXT on the road and for who the fans really cheer for. It's hard to truly tell in the CWC.

Vic briefly interviews Nikkita Lyons. She says that Legend might be threatened by her, but they should talk it out face to face on Lashing Out, the show that wasn't that good.

Bodhi Hayward and Robert Stone get into it outside and Chase and Wagner get into it. Wagner decks Hayward as Chase gets in the ring. Wagner lands a modified FU for the win.
Result - Von Wagner defeats Andre Chase by pin.

Wagner hiptosses Chase across the ring. Chase finally gets a move in, working on Wagner's knee. He lands a clothesline before hitting the Chase Stomp

Chase lands a few chops before Mr. Charisma takes control with shoulder blocks to the gut in the corner. Wagner continues to beat on Chase while he's down. It seems like Wagner would have been the perfect case for a masked wrestler.

After the match, a group of trainees wonder over Sarray's magical necklace. Tiffany Stratton walks by and says that it "isn't" a necklace. She tosses Sarray into the garage door but is stopped by the women. She walks off.

Gonzo lands a few clotheslines before hitting the Chingona Bomb. She tags Jade in and drops Jade on top of Feroz for the win.
Result - Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez defeat Yulisa Leon and Valentina Feroz by pin.

Cora then lands a jumping knee but is pushed out of the ring by Feroz. Feroz and Leon land a tandem move over the top on top of Gonzo. Feroz adds a Suicide Dive on Raquel. Leon lands a power slam for a near fall. Feroz/Leon land a tandem move - that looked like it was botched - for another near fall. Leon lands a Missile Dropkcik off the top for another close fall. Jade tags Gonzo in and she catches a flying Feroz.

Jade starts off against Yulisa but Yulisa drops her. Jade then quickly tags in Raquel. Feroz tags in as someone in the crowd screams. Feroz hits a kick and another move. Gonzalez goes for a chokeslam but Feroz goes for a sunset flip. Gonzo counters out and drags her to her corner. She tags Jade in and she hits Headscissors and a Bronco Buster.

Tatum Paxley tries to apologize to Ivy Nile for losing last week. Nile says it takes more than that if she wants to join the Diamond Mine.

After the match, Gacy motions 'yes' to Harland. Harland picks Anthony up and hugs him rather than beating on him more. Anthony is left shocked.

Harland beats on Draco Anthony, landing a splash to the back of Anthony. After absorbing many blows, Anthony hits a flying shoulder block for one. Harland gets up and slams his head into the mat several times. Harland lands a side suplex into a slam for the easy win.
Result - Harland defeats Draco Anthony by pin.

Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta try to make heads or tails out of their tournament loss. Persia takes the blame, but Indi says they win or lose as a team. Duke Hudson shows up to console Persia and they leave together. Indi is jealous because Dexter isn't responding to her texts. Sucks when it happens to you, huh Indi? Now ya know what Persia was dealing with.

Mac Mitchell interviews Dolphie Poo, and he says he wants his NXT title shot next week. Ciampa cuts him off and says it went out the window when he pinned Dolph earlier. Bron says "screw you both! I'll beat boty of ya!"

Solo goes for his splash, but GUNTHER rolls out of the way. He locks in a rear-naked choke, but Solo breaks out of it with a neck breaker. GUNTHER locks it in again and powerbomb him after it appears Solo was passed out. He hits a second bomb for the win.
Result - GUNTHER defeats Solo Sikoa by pin.

Solo goes for a superkick but GUNTHER counters into a powerbomb. Solo counters out and lands a Samoan Drop. The action spills outside the ring. Solo hits a splash off the apron before tossing GUNTHER back into the ring. He hits a superkick for two.

GUNTHER has Solo locked in a headlock, and Solo gets out of it for a second. GUNTHER regains control with a boot and a clothesline for a near fall. GUNTHER then locks in a Boston Crab but Solo makes it to the ropes. GUNNIE hits a chop to the chest and then a few boots. He lands another chop but Sikoa gets in some offense.

GUNTHER takes control immediately, landing an elbow to the back and a European Uppercut. He hits several strikes on the chest of Sikoa before Sikoa fights back. GUNTHER quickly drops him with a chop. Gunther hits a bodyslam. He hits a few more strikes but Sikoa catches GUNTHER's arm to get in a few strikes. GUNTHER drops him with a kick.

We go backstage to see Briggs and Jensen googling over a car on their phone. Elektra Lopez walks by and thinks they are ogling her. She tells them off, saying that they wouldn't know what to do with a real woman. Jensen says "news flash - I've never been with a real woman." Briggs calls him a fool. Pass.

Up next is WALL, er, GUNTHER taking on Solo Uso Sikoa.

After the match, she says to the camera that everyone should have been talking about her last week, and not Nikkita Lyons. A possible feud in the future??

Lash lands a few moves and whiffs on an elbow off the ropes. Miller fights back, landing a kick and a basement dropkick. Miller then hits a superkick and a running moonsault for a near fall. Legend sends Miller into the middle turnbuckle face first and then hits a move for the win.
Result - Lash Legend defeats Amari Miller by pin.

Up next is Amari Miller taking on Lash Legend. Legend blamed Miller for the loss even though Lash made the tag into the match. I hope Legend has improved in a week because she looked rough in the ring last week. She hits a pump kick.

Kai knocks Pirotta over with a kick, allowing Choo to land a Vader Bomb. Kai lands a double stomp from the top to pick up the win.
Result - Wendy Choo and Dakota Kai defeat Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta by pin.

Choo goes for a handstand move but Indi moves. She tags Persia in and she lands a big boot for two. Choo manages to make the tag to Kai. She hits a modified cutter on Indi after knocking Persia off the apron. Kai lands her kick in the corner for a near fall. Indi tags Persi in and she hits Snake Eyes and a throw for a near fall.

Pirotta starts off against Choo with Toxic Attraction watching from their "lounge." Indi and Persia land a tandem move for a near fall. Choo lands a kick, allowing her to tag Dakota Kai in. They both land a corner kick on Indi, allowing Kai to get a near fall. Choo tags back in and they land a tandem pancake on Indi for two.
