Next, he would go on to have feuds with Joe Gacy, Cameron Grimes and JD McGonagh, whom he all defeated at NXT 2.0 tapings and NXT Premium Live Events. After he defeated McGonagh at NXT Heatwave, Breakker was confronted by NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate who challenged him to a match at Worlds Collide. The match was later announced to be a title unification match, which Breakker won. At Halloween Havoc, Bron defeated Ilja Dragunov and JD McDonagh and retained his title. On 1st November, 2022 edition of NXT, Bron and Wes Lee lost to Pretty Deadly for the NXT Tag Team Championship.

After successful title defenses against Grayson Waller and Apollo Crews, Breakker defended his gold against Carmelo Hayes at NXT Stand and Deliver. At the event, Breakker lost his gold after 362 days and turned heel on the next episode of NXT by viciously attacking the new champion. On June 20 at NXT Gold Rush, Breakker challenged Seth 'Freakin' Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship in a failed attempt. He attacked Von Wagner on the August 22 episode of NXT titled Heatwave. Then, Breakker faced Odyssey Jones at WWE Superstar Spectacle which was his first match in India. At the event, he defeated Jones. The former NXT Champion then faced off against the former Andre the Giant Battle Royal winner Baron Corbin at NXT No Mercy in October 2023 in a losing effort.

On the October 10, 2023 episode, NXT went head-to-head with AEW Dynamite once again. On the same night, a match between two blood rivals Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes was announced. Interestingly, John Cena came out to support Hayes from his corner while The Bloodline's Paul Heyman sided with Breakker. In a match that could have gone either way, Hayes came out on top. Frustrated, Breakker attacked Hayes after the match. The Undertaker came out to this and choke slammed Breakker to finish the night.
