Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark defeat Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin/Jacy Jayne) by pin.
Julius Creed defeats Duke Hudson by pin.
Xyon Quinn defeats Hank Walker by pin.
Pretty Deadly defeats the Brawling Brutes (Butch/Ridge Holland) by pin.

After the match, Edris and Blade come out, as do Briggs and Jensen.

Elton gets knocked out of the ring by Ridge. The Brutes hit their tandem finisher but Imperium shows up to distract Ridge. As Butch fights Imperium off, PD hits Spilt Milk on Ridge to retain their titles.
Result - Pretty Deadly defeats Butch/Ridge Holland by pin.

Butch locks in a Kimura but Prince tries to pull his partner out of the ring. Butch kicks his hand and drops him with a moonsault. He then hits a German Suplex. Butch misses a knee in the corner, allowing PD to hit an assisted lung blower for a near fall. PD kicks Ridge off the apron before hitting a move on Butch for a near fall. They go for their finisher but Ridge breaks it up. Butch locks in a submission but Elton pushes the pin in his favor. BUtch hits the Bitter End by the ropes but Elton puts Kit's leg on the ropes.

Ridge goes for a powerbomb, but Elton counters out. He goes for a move but gets blasted by a clothesline. They both tag in their partners, with Ridge carrying Kit on his back to his corner. Butch hits a sunset flip off the top on Kit for two.

Kit has Butch in a rest move, but Butch gets out of it by grabbing Kit's nose. It doesn't work as Kit makes it to his corner. He tags Elton in but Butch recovers as he and Elton exchange strikes. He finally makes the tag to Ridge. He hits a flying shoulder block and a splash in the corner on Elton before power slamming Elton on top of Kit.

Ridge starts out for his team. He fights off both members of PD before tagging in Butch. Butch bends Kit Wilson's fingers in the directions they aren't supposed to go. Wilson quickly turns it around, tagging in Elton. Elton has control for a minute until Dunne makes it to Ridge. The Brutes hit some chest clubs before the last ad break of the night.

Javier Bernal interrupts Bron Breakker's interview time. It leads to a challenge from Bron. Pretty Deadly didn't get an entrance.

Before the main event, Briggs and Jensen and then Malik and Edris both confront the Brawling Brutes. They each want a shot at the Brutes when/if they dethrone Pretty Deadly.

Quinn stands up and looks like he wants to do more damage on Hank, but Quincy comes out and makes the save. He slaps Walker on the but like football players do. Why is he shocked by that??? After that, we go backstage to see Cameron Grimes telling the hoodie person that they don't need to take that crap from the Schism. Gacy and Co. attack him and then welcome the hoodie person to the Schism.

Hank hits a few arm drags early on but gets hit with a spinebuster. Quinn then bullies him in the ropes with some knees. Quinn hits another few moves but Hank fights back. He rips his shirt off and hits a Thesz Press. Quinn rallies back and hits a forearm off the ropes for the win.
Result - Xyon Quinn defeats Hank Walker by pin.

Axiom addresses his third match with Nathan Frazer. Good that he still dresses up as A-Kid (in a turtleneck with the mask) when not in ring gear.

The security guards and Quincy Elliott hype Hank Walker up before his match with Xyon Quinn.

After the match, as if a squash wasn't bad enough, Brutus comes out and blindsides Duke Hudson. They try to pull him off but are interrupted by Damon Kemp from the random pulpit. Kemp says that if Julius beats him at Halloween Havoc, then Brutus can have another match. If Damon wins, then Brutus Creed is gone from NXT. So Kemp is losing. Julius "ups" the ante with an Ambulance Match. Julius screams a bunch of words to end the segment. Kemp actually talked circles around the Meathead Brothers.

Showing how important he is, Duke Hudson doesn't get an entrance for his match with Julius Meathead. Creed literally squashes Hudson in less than a minute.

The Dyad/Joe Gacy talk down to the random person in the red hoodie. They say the typical parent thing that they aren't mad at the person but are disappointed in the person. The person "needs to do better" at handing out buttons. Ok.

Waller spins the wheel and it lands on a Weapons Match. The two ladies fight it out in the ring and security tries to hold them back. As they fight, Waller tries to stream on Instagram Live, but Apollo Crews shows up in fame behind him. He drags Waller under the ring, taking that from Dexter Lumis. Waller later emerges with a bloody eye.

Waller mocks Roxanne by saying that he doesn't have a booster seat for her. The two trade verbal barbs. Waller reveals that the two will be "picking their own poison (opponents)" for each other before Havoc. The second caveat is that their match will be decided by a wheel spin. There's a hooded person by the wheel, so that will be Apollo Crews.

Zoey and Jacy wipe each other out with simultaneous clotheslines. Lyons misses a move and Gigi drops her with an STO. Jayne tags in and hits a running neck breaker but Zoey breaks up the pin. Lyons drops Jayne with a spinning kick. She tags Lyons in before Jacy hits a superkick on Stark. She tags Gigi but Stark hits Go To Kneep on Gigi. She tags Nikkita in for her legdrop pin as Lyons and Zoey pick up the win.

Nikkita has Gigi in an armbar once the ads end. Jacy comes in and hits a Senton for a two-count. The two tag in their partners and Stark goes on a tear against Gigi. She hits a flurry of strikes and a sliding knee to Gigi's face for a two count. Stark makes a quick tag to Lyons and they hit a Superkick/German Suplex combo but Jacy breaks up the pin.

Lyons and Stark send their opponents out of the ring before heading off to the commercial break.

Gigi and Nikkita start off for their teams. Lyons hits a spinning elbow that sends Gigi into her corner. She tags Jacy in and Lyons eventually makes the tag to Zoey. Zoey pushes Jayne down twice. The two then exchange pin attempts.

Before the match, we get a brief vignette from Katana and Kayden recounting their history to get to becoming Tag Team Champs. Kayden says that Katana is way too nice and always trie to help everyone.

Kelly Kincaid interviews Wes Lee about attacking Melo earlier, and he says that was a receipt. He's then interrupted by Channing Lorenzo who says that Lee meant to injure Tony D's leg.

Lash hits an elbow to the back for another near fall. The announcers try to talk up Legend and how she "succeeded at everything she's done," but that doesn't automatically mean she'll be a good wrestler. Choo fights back and hits a basement dropkick and a cartwheel into the corner. She goes for a move off the top but is caught by Lash. She almost gets the win. Legend then whiffs on a pump kick in the corner, allowing Choo to hit her mini-splash for the win.
Result - Wendy Choo defeats Lash Legend by pin.

Legend sucker punches Choo before the bell. Choo fights back, sending the mouth out of the ring. She tries a flying crossbody off the apron but Legend catches her and hits a backbreaker.

We go backstage to see Sanga and Nathan Frazer watching the Chase/Wagner match. Sanga is down because he failed to qualify. Frazer told him to push the negative energy to the back of his mind. Sanga then says that if he can't be in the match, he hopes that Frazer wins. Frazer thanks him and walks off. As he leaves, Veer Mahaan enters and the two former tag partners stare at each other. After that, Lash Legend yells at the camera before she heads out for her match.

Wagner bullies Chase early on, including a slam. He lands some strikes in the corner. Chase rallies back with a few basement dropkicks to Wagner's shins. He then hits the Chase Stomp before Robert Stone gets on the apron. Thea Hail walks him out of the area on her shoulders but Stone tosses the flag away. Hail then bodyslams him. The distraction almost leads to Chase rolling Wagner up. Wagner recovers to hit is Olympic Slam variant to earn a spot in the ladder match at Halloween Havoc.

The Creeds are back in the trainer's area as Brutus had shoulder damage after last week's attack with a chair from Damon Kemp. Brutus thinks he's fine but the doc says he's not cleared. "Here to lose" Duke Hudson then shows up to mock the situation. It leads to a match between Julius and Duke, which Duke will lose (unless Kemp interferes). After accepting the match, Julius tells Ivy Nile that she needs to stay back here so Brutus doesn't screw things up in his match. Maybe don't accept a match knowing your brother's state???

Melo hits a springboard clothesline for a near fall. He has Oro in a cravat but Oro bust out of it by shoving Melo face first into the middle buckle. Mensah hits a body drop and a German Suplex before hitting a Bicycle Kick and a moonsault off the middle rope. He goes for a wheel kick but Trick puts himself in the way. It allows Melo to recover and hit his flying legdrop off the top for the win.

Mensah and Hayes go back-and-forth early on. Melo tries to do his "making the shot" pose but Oro kicks him in the face. He hits some headscissors on Melo but Melo slides out of the ring. Get ready for the required interference from Trick Williams. He distracts Oro for a brief second, allowing Melo to hit a series of moves.

Before the first match, we get a parking llot clip from earlier in the day. Toxic Attraction showed up in their big black SUV but were attacked by Alba Fyre and her bat. She jumped in the car and drove off with Mandy in it. The three on three match is now a #1 Contender's match.

Carmelo Hayes' music hits as he's facing Oro Mensah in the night's first match.

They then declare that they be awarded the tag titles forever. That brings out the Brawling Brutes, aka Pete Dunne and Ridge Holland. Having HOlland talk for the group is a mistake because Dunne has much more charisma in promos than the big guy. Ridge mentions how Pretty Deadly mocked how Sheamus got beat up on last week's SmackDown. They try to say they're Twitter go hacked by Kevin Nash, or Kevin Patrick, or Kevin Owens. The Brutes knock the Champs out of the ring.

They also have a lectern and gavels as if they are barristers or judges. They address potential challengers to their NXT Tag titles. They mention Edris and Malik, Briggs and Jensen, the Dyad, and the Boring Brothers, aka the Creeds.

The show kicks off to reveal that Vic Joseph is "stuck in immigration" so Wade is joined by Byron Saxton and Sudu Shah. Pretty Deadly comes out dressed as colonial British folks, complete with wigs, capes, and tights. These guys are hilarious.
