Triple Threat Match: Kevin Owens (c) vs. Chris Jericho vs. Seth Rollins

Jericho and Owens are seen backstage with Y2J reminding his 'Best Friend' that no matter what happens tonight they will remain 'Best Friends'. Jericho to turn on Owens, anyone?

The Architect is first to make way followed by Jericho and finally the Champion - Kevin Owens.

The three are in the middle of the ring ready to kick things off as Owens rolls out followed by Y2J. The two then decide to work on Rollins together but The Architect rolls out this time. Rollins then makes his way into the ring as the 'Best Friends' start chasing him. He takes advantage of the situation and kicks out Owens before working on Jericho.

KO comes to the aide of his 'Best Friend' by thumping Rollins into the barricade but Rollins fights back and gets the upper hand against the champion. Jericho joins him and the duo are able to send Rollins into the crowd past the barricade but The Architect fights back with a crossbody on the two.

After some back and forth is it Owens who is in the ring with Rollins and lands a couple of clotheslines. Rollins fights back with a flying knee before going to the top rope for the frog splash but Owens evades. The Architect then goes for the Pedigree on Owens but Jericho interrupts and is instead put in the position of Pedigree.

Y2J fights back and tries to lock Rollins in the Walls of Jericho but fails. The duo then double team on Rollins before Owens nails the Senton from the top rope. The two then take things outside of the ring and start to work on Rollins.

Up until now this is a handicap match but let's see what happens.

After some double teaming, Rollins fights back and takes out Owens before hitting Jericho with a kick to the jaw. Rollins then goes flying and takes out KO before going to the top rope for the Frog Splash but Y2J evades and nails the Code Breaker instead.

He and Owens then team up and Y2J helps cannonball KO into Rollins. The two then take The Architect to the top rope but he reverses and rolls up the two for the 3-count.

Seth Rollins has just pulled out a win out of nowhere and completely against the run of play. In what was a double pin, Rollins was able to record a double win over KO and Jericho.

Result: Seth Rollins defeats Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho via double pinfall

After the match, KO and Y2J attack Rollins and thump him into the steel steps as security interferes to save the challenger.

However, Rollins fights back and takes out the duo before he directs his anger on KO. The security try to stop The Architect but to no avail as he is simply unstoppable.

He unloads on them but security are once again able to interfere and stop the brawl. However, Rollins is having none of it and he attacks KO once again from behind and continues his assault.

Owens fights back and Powerbombs Rollins into the ring apron - ouch that must have hurt. Will Rollins be able to recover from this blow in time? We will have to wait till Sunday to find out.

No matter what, there is bad blood between the two and expect blood to be spilled come Hell In a Cell.

Brock Lesnar is here and is up next

After last week's emotional return of Goldberg it is now time for Lesnar to respond to the returning WWE Legend. What does The Beast Incarnate have in store for Goldberg.

Lesnar along with his advocate Paul Heyman make their way to the ring and unsurprisingly it is Heyman who has the mic. Boooring!

Heyman insists that Goldberg chants have started to piss Brock off before adding that The Myth will be like Humpty Dumpty after he is victimised by Lesnar.

'Suplex City' chants ring around the arena. And now 'Goldberg s**ks' start to reverberate. Even Lesnar is laughing as Minneapolis is his hometown and understandably the fans will love him.

Brock Lesnar didn't say a word and both him and Heyman make their way back.

Sami Zayn vs. Braun Strowman

The Mountain of WWE is here for his first legitimate match after weeks and weeks of squash matches. Sami Zayn who stood up to the challenge of Strowman last week follows and is clearly pumped up ahead of the fight.

Strowman asks for the microphone and calls out Foley to insist that he wants a real competition. Sam Zayn attacks Strowman from the back before slappng him right across the face. He then rolls out of the ring and goes on a run around the ring, Zayn goes for the aerial route but is caught in mid-air by Strowman who then powerbombs him into the barricade.

Strowman then walks away as Zayn struggles to get back up, but he does eventually and makes his way into the ring. He is ready for a fight but Strowman is not interested, he doesn't see Zayn as a threat and does not stop.

Kevin Owens is backstage and he talks about Sunday's Hell In a Cell match against Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship. KO adds that tonight's events will have no effect on his friendship with Chris Jericho.

He adds that on Sunday he and Seth are going to Hell together but only KO will come back from it.

Brian Kendrick vs Rich Swann

TJ Perkins is on commentary as the match gets under way.

High-flying segment to start us off from Swann and dropkick with Swann hitting Kendrick with a dropkick. He follows it up with a modified twisting plancha to the outside as we head into a commercial break.

We return from the break to see Kendrick back in control but Swann hits back with punches to the gut. Swan fought out and hit Kendrick with multiple clotheslines followed by a spin kick.

With Kendrick in the corner Swann goes for a splash but Kendrick kicked hi in the face and headed for the middle-rope. Swann hit back with a sweet hurracanrana followed by a Tiger Bomb but he could only get the nearfall.
Kendrick wouldn't be kept down by this however and managed to wrestle back control. He then tried to finish Swann off with the Sliced Bread No. 2 but Swann rolled him up and got the surprise win.

RAW Women's Championship Contract Signing

It is the contract signing for the first-ever women's Hell In a Cell match between Sasha Banks and Charlotte for the Raw WWE Women's Championship.

Mick Foley is there in the middle of the ring and highlights the importance of this landmark match. He first invites the challenger - Charlotte - to the middle of the ring.

And then, to a huge pop, the Raw WWE Women's Champion - Sasha Banks.

Foley then highlights that Hell In a Cell has been termed as too barbaric for women in the past but this is the New Era in the WWE and warns the two that there is no turning back once they sign the contract.

Sasha and Charlotte are too eager to sign the contract but Foley interrupts them and cuts a legendary promo - highlighting the trials and tribunals of the demonic structure.

Charlotte then cuts a promo and insists that she is willing to go the Hell and back to win the title back - as boos ring around the stadium.

Sasha then says that there is no Queen in the WWE but there is a Boss.

Charlotte then mocks the injury history of the WWE Women's Champion but The Boss insists that she gets back up every time she falls and she comes back better than ever.

Foley then cuts an emotional and heart touching promo - as 'Foley, Foley' chants reverberate throughout the arena.

Finally, we are done with all the talking and it is Charlotte first who signs on the dotted line followed by Sasha.

Charlotte says - "See you in Boston" to which the Boss replies - "See you in Hell".

Goldust and Epico kick things off with the veteran having the early advantage before Epico fights back and tags his partner- Primo. The duo then double team to work on Goldust and Primo then rolls up the veteran for a nearfall.

Golden and Primo then successfully hot-tag their partners and R-Truth has the advantage. Titus interferes and works on R-Truth before Mark Henry takes out Titus by shoving him into the Steel Rign Post.

Chris Jericho is seen backstage who is informed by someone that he saw someone with the List. Y2J was about to make his way back to home when he was interrupted. He then goes and sees Braun Strowman holding the List and asks for him to return it. Strowman asks Y2J to say 'Please' if he wants the list back.

Strowman then hands him the list before adding that he couldn't find Sami Zayn's name on the list. After Strowman left, Y2J reveals that Zayn is on page 4 before adding Strowman to the List.

This has been a rather dull episode of Raw with more fillers than actual matches. With Hell In a Cell only 6 days away, you expected something better from WWE. But the night is not over and we might still be in for a surprise.

Curtis Axel vs. Bo Dallas

Curtis Axel is seen in the middle of the ring talking about last week when he was abandoned by Bo Dallas. Axel goes on a rant on how the legacy of his father and grandfather was tarnished by Bo, who attacked him last week following the Inspiration One's win over Neville.

Bo Dallas hen makes his way to the ring and Bo kicks things off with a slap across the face of Axel. Axel then gains momentum before he lands the Perfect-Plex but Bo rolls out of the ring and fights back.

Bo then delivers a running Lariat before locking Axel in a Sleeper Hold. Curtis is able to power out of it and lands a couple of right hands on Bo and follows it with some clotheslines.

The Minneapolis crowd - which is Curtis Axel's hometown - are behind their local boy and cheering him. Axel is distracted by the crowd and Bo takes advantage of it by rolling him up for the 3-count.

Result: Bo Dallas beats Curtis Axel via pinfall

Meanwhile, we go backstage and Chris Jericho is seen arguing with Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie insists that Rollins is just trying to rile Y2J ahead of tonight's triple threat main event. However, after Jericho refused to fight until he finds the list Stephanie lost her cool and issued an ultimatum - If Y2J doesn't wrestle tonight he will be SUSPENDED.....
