Chad Gable really needs to move on from Bobby Roode, and this could be how!
Chad Gable is yet another person who has a background in wrestling. While everyone hailed him as the second coming of Kurt Angle during his time in NXT, Gable has only gotten to show a fraction of his ability in the main roster.

The booking has not been kind to him and Gable is considered to be little more than enhancement talent now. Having Daniel Cormier as his manager could change that.

Cormier has been appreciative of his skills on more than one occasion, and considering how both men have a background in wrestling, DC is actually the best representative for Chad Gable's in-ring skills. In fact, he may fit this role even better than his hypothetical alliance with Sonya Deville.
I know that Cormier would not just love this role, but do everything in his power to launch Gable to the very next level.
