Back in 2013 at UFC 156, Joe Rogan got so caught up in his commentary job during a fight that was taking place in front of his desk that he essentially started coaching one of the fighters.

It all began when debutant Bobby Green found himself trapped right in front of Joe Rogan's position, with Jacob Volkmann latching onto his back. Joe Rogan started breaking down the fighters' moves and gave exactly the advice Bobby Green needed to hear. Rogan said:

"Chop that right leg over the top of Jacob Volkmann's left. He's trying to do it; he's looking for the time to do it but what he's worried about.. There, he did it!"

Bobby Green was able to transition to full-mount as a result of Joe Rogan's advice, eventually submitting Volkmann a minute later.

Lightweights Melvin Guillard and Ronys Torres faced each other in the prelims of UFC 109, which was headlined by legends like Randy Couture, Chael Sonnen and Matt Sera.

After the first round of the fight, one of Torres' cornermen accidentally spilled a bag full of ice on the octagon floor. It was one of the best moments of Joe Rogan being his authentic self.

The MMA analyst called out the cornermen for making such a rookie mistake and causing an inconvenience to the fighters. Doing a play-by-play of the ice-spill and its aftermath, Joe Rogan said:

"Oh wow, look at the ice all over the.. Oh, we got a problem. Someone spilled the ice in the octagon. That's a big problem. That's a lot of ice. It's gonna take some time. This is a disaster."

The fighters were waiting to get back to business, and three cornermen were trying to clean up the ice-spill. One of the guys sloppily spilling a bucket further infuriated Joe Rogan, who then said:

"Oh no. Look at this, they knocked the bucket over. This (is) the three stooges. What are you freaks doing? Everybody is booing. Now it's even more pressure. Now they're sweeping it out. That's good. Put it on the side, and watch Ariane fall on her head."

As the co-commentator began to acknowledge his amazing narration, Joe Rogan yelled at the cornermen, and told them to get back inside the octagon, as the ice wasn't completely cleaned up. He said:

"There's still ice. There's still too much. Get back in there! You're not done; there's ice all over the floor. What are these guys doing? They ran out.. There's a hundred pieces of ice still on the floor, and these guys are just scrambled out because of the pressure.. Those cornermen, somebody needs to kick their *bleep*.."

The ice was eventually cleaned up, and the fight went on for three rounds, with Melvin Guillard taking the win via decision. But Joe Rogan's live narration of the ice-spill incident was what made the UFC event worth so much more for fans than the fight itself.
