Aung La N Sang anticipates a lot of Burmese people will turn out to see ONE Championship’s U.S. debut.

The Myanmar superstar will look to score his third-straight win inside the Circle when ONE Championship heads to Colorado next month for a history-making night of fights. ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video will air live in front of a raucous North American crowd for the very first time. The event will feature some of the biggest names in all of combat sports, including ‘The Burmese Python’ Aung La N Sang.

Less than a month before he returns to the Circle, Aung La spoke with MMA Sucka to discuss the promotion’s big night and the contingent of Burmese people he expects to see pack the 1stBank Center.

“For sure, there will be a lot of Burmese people,” Aung La said. “I heard there’s like a population of three or five thousand people there.”

‘The Burmese Python’ also revealed that his family will be in attendance, making it an especially exciting night for the former two-division ONE world champion.

“My whole family is going to be there. It will be fun, it will be a great trip. I’m a family man so it doesn’t change anything.”

Aung La N Sang will square off with Chinese standout Fan Rong at the event. The ‘King Kong Warrior’ is intent on getting back into the win column after suffering a third-round submission against former ONE world champion Vitaly Bigdash in his last outing.

With 19 career victories, Fan Rong plans on disrupting the momentum that ‘The Burmese Python’ has built in his last two appearances, knocking out Japanese legend Yushin Okami and BJJ icon Gilberto Galvao.

Amazon Prime Video subscribers in North America can catch ONE Fight Night 10 live and for free in U.S. primetime on May 5.
