Lyoto Machida vs. Yoel Romero to headline UFC Fight Night 70 in Florida

Lyoto Machida and Yoel Romero will fight it out in five rounds on June 27

The finale of the fourth edition of The Ultimate Fighter Brazil will take place Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida and headlining of the event will be a middleweight bout between Lyoto Machida and Yoel Romero. Initially, UFC Fight Night 70 was supposed to happen in Brazil but it was shifted to Miami later.

The co-headlining event will be Rick Story vs Erick Silva. Other matches of the night include Marcos Rogerio de Lima vs Nikita Krylov, Masanori Kanehara vs Rani Yahya, Steve Bosse vs. Thiago Santos and Lorenz Larkin vs. Santiago Ponzinibbio.

Romero has been out of the Octagon for eight months now. His last bout was against Tim Kennedy, in which he won with a controversial TKO. Whereas Machida lost to Luke Rockhold through a second round submission in April. We have to wait till June 27 to see who controls the octagon.
