CM Punk has hinted at another fight in the UFC

CM Punk looks like he will be competing again soon, but unfortunately, it won't be in a wrestling ring. Punk is set to be offered another UFC fight - and his opponent looks to be a surprising one, according to his own coach.

MMA fans will not be clamouring to see Punk back in the cage after his debut saw him destroyed by Mickey Gall, but that hasn't put him or Dana White off from having another go at it. And let's face it, the regular viewers aren't tuning in to see CM Punk fight, but a whole load of other viewers will tune in for it, and it brought new eyes to a card with an incredible main event in Overeem versus Miocic.

CM Punk's coach stirred up some interest on social media recently with the hint of a second fight for Punk, and someone has stepped up to the challenge.

Punk looks set to fight again in the ring, with his ability to draw eyes being undeniable, and Dana White will be looking to cash in on his determination! White has already confirmed that he will be meeting with Punk to discuss it.

"CM Punk is coming to Detroit and wants to talk to me. I love the guy. We'll see what he's doing."

So, who will the opponent be? Well, the perfect match has stepped up on Twitter, and that's the Truth!

Punk's coach spilt some petrol on the flames with this post on Instagram...

And Mike Jackson was only too happy to oblige, posting the photo and replying, "Coach Roufus knows what time it is. @CMPunk, tuck in your skirt, baby. Let's go! #PunkvsTruth"

Both men have a lot in common, namely a 0-1 record in the cage - and both losing to the exact same man, via submission, in the first round.

I'm sure it isn't a fight the UFC regulars will be clamouring to see, but at least we should see a winner. Both are eager to have another go; Jackson is a photographer by trade, and not one to shy away from social media - so he would definitely do his part of selling the fight.

CM Punk's name is still big enough to sell out PPVs on his own, so I'm sure it won't be too long before we see this come to fruition.
