"Adam and Eve were in there" - Joe Rogan and Theo Von look back at "crazy" election night experience

MMA commentator and stand-up comic Joe Rogan recently had fellow comedian Theo Von as his guest at the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. Rogan and Von are among the few podcasters who had newly-seated US President Donald Trump as a guest during his campaign trail.

The first thing the two talked about was election night at the Mothership comedy club in Austin,Texas. The two were present with a legion of Trump supporters, celebrating their candidate's win.

Rogan recalls how "fun" and "positive" the vibe was. Von added:

"My favorite part. At one point, they were playing that song, [sings] 'You talk about a revolution', and people were dancing, were smoking weed. There was a- I think it was a baby smoking weed...It was crazy, dude. Adam and Eve were in there [laughs]. There was just a lot going on."

It's hard to tell how Adam and Eve fit into Rogan and Von's Mothership experience on election night, but we can tell it was a great time.

Joe Rogan on what it felt to see Donald Trump win: "It felt like America's brigher"

Continuing the conversation about what it felt like to see Donald Trump become the 47th US President, Joe Rogan painted a picture of his country finally seeing clearly after years of being in a world controlled "by liars".

Rogan said (1:09):

"It felt like America's brighter. Thats' what it felt like. We were moving towards this insane world where we're being liars. We're just being gaslit left and right. We saw it all in the media. We saw it over the news. Things were right in front of your face. They're trying to deny. There's just so much craziness and then all of a sudden [makes explosion noise] poof...The world spoke."

Rogan then proceeded to show Von a map of America where the states that voted Republican and Democrat were colo-coded red and blue, respectively.

Upon looking at the map, Rogan and Von saw it easier to just point out the blue states as they're significantly lower in numbers. The color red swarmed the map, even in states that are mostly attributed to the Democratic party.
