Earlier on Friday, controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were finally released from a Romanian prison and moved to house arrest. As per the conditions of the release, the brothers are forbidden from leaving the house without prior consent from the authorities.

Furthermore, during a media interaction, Tate's lawyer Eugen Vidineac revealed that the brothers are strictly prohibited from contacting any witnesses in relation to the case. Speaking about the plethora of conditions for the release, Vidineac said:

"We do not yet have the court's motivation, we do not know whether there are other interdictions. [Transcripts via Reuters]"

The brothers, along with two Romanian women, were arrested in Bucharest, Romania, last December based on suspected involvement in human trafficking, rape, and organized crime.

After almost three months in prison, they were released earlier this week when a court overturned the prosecutors' plea to extend the brother's custody until April.

In a statement given to the media, Andrew Tate thanked the judges who ruled in favor of ending his police custody while also reaffirming his belief in justice:

"[I thank the judges] who heard us today because they were very attentive, and they listened to us, and they let us free... I have no resentment in my heart for the country of Romania or for anybody else, I just believe in the truth ... I truly believe that justice will be served in the end. There is zero percent chance of me being convicted for something I've not done. [Transcripts via CTV NEWS]"

Andrew Tate teases "real plans" in a new cryptic tweet

Three months of prolonged imprisonment seems to have given Andrew Tate a new outlook on life. Fresh out of prison, the 36-year-old addressed his millions of followers on Twitter, stating how his incarceration has changed him.

In a tweet, the former ISKA world kickboxing champion stated that the solitude and lack of freedom his prison cell imposed upon him had given him clarity of mind:

"Since last year, I've been in 24-hour lockdown. No yard time. Pacing a three-meter cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans. Vivid pain. One hour home, and I can't stand my phone. Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan."
