Aung La N Sang was not impressed with Shamil Erdogan's ONE Championship debut.

After finishing his last three opponents inside the Circle, 'The Burmese Python' will look to make it four in a row when he steps back in the spotlight at ONE 168, emanating live from Ball Arena in The Mile High City — Denver, Colorado.

There, Aung La will meet the Turkish standout in a fight that could have major world title implications at middleweight.

Aung La N Sang and Shamil Erdogan are both coming off a pair of impressive finishes against Fan Rong.

However, the Myanmar superstar was less than impressed with Erdogan's victory considering it came a mere six weeks after his own win.

"He fought Fan Rong six weeks after I fought him, and I guarantee you if you fight me, it’s not the same as, you know, when he fought a broken Fan Rong," Aung La told The AllStar.

Aung La N Sang ready to close in on middleweight gold with a win at ONE 168: Denver

After dropping the middleweight and light heavyweight titles in back-to-back bouts against Reinier de Ridder, the clock appeared to be running out on Aung La N Sang's illustrious career.

However, the former two-division titleholder had no intentions of walking away without taking one more crack at climbing to the top.

Since then, he has earned knockouts against Yushin 'Thunder' Okami and Gilberto Galvao, followed by his guillotine submission victory over Fan Rong. With a win over the undefeated Shamir Erdogan, Aung La could very well set the stage for another shot at the middleweight title.

Of course, that'll be much easier said than done as he takes on a fighter who has never been defeated in his mixed martial arts career.

Who comes out on top when ONE Championship royalty meets a man still looking to make his mark on martial arts' biggest global stage?
