Former ONE two-division champ Aung La N Sang decided to show fans the nutritional benefits of eating bugs in a recent Instagram video.

Crickets, cicadas, and other bugs are on the menu at the legend's house. 'The Burmese Python' doesn't understand the stigma around eating bugs, reminding people of the protein and other nutrients that they contain.

Watch the Myanmar native enjoy a nutritious meal with his kids below

Did you know that insects are an incredible source of protein and other nutrients? @brooklynbugs and I cooked up some cicadas, crickets and other bugs today. We shared an amazing meal with my family and friends. There is a stigma around eating bugs, but growing up in Myanmar it was normal to eat crickets and other insects. Many cultures all over the world eat it as their protein source, would you?

Aung La N Sang believes he's ready to challenge Reinier de Ridder once again

The 37-year-old contender feels as though he deserves an opportunity to challenge Reinier de Ridder if he's able to pick up a victory at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video, telling reporters:

“I’ve been the most dominant champion so I mean, I feel like two finishes, two fights, I should be [next for the title] but it’s up to Chatri [Sityodtong] you know, I have more run in me and I need to make the most of it so it’s really up to Chatri and the ONE team, but I’m ready man.”

Aung La N Sang is one of the most accomplished fighters in ONE Championship history, tallying 14 victories inside the Circle. 'The Burmese Python' must first get past China's Fan Rong in his upcoming bout. With a win, Aung La will have won three straight bouts, including opening-round finishes over Yushin Okami and Gilberto Galvao.

Make sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 10 to see promotional legend Aung La N Sang take on China's Fan Rong in a middleweight clash, live from the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
