Bibiano Fernandes will face Team Lakay standout and divisional rising star Stephen 'The Sniper' Loman at ONE on Prime Video 4 on November 18. The bout will be Fernandes' comeback fight since losing his belt via a devastating KO at the hands of John Lineker last March.
