With only a week left until UFC 287 takes place at the Miami-Dade Arena in Miami, Florida. One of the scheduled fighters, Nikolas Motta, has fallen out of the event. However, the promotion quickly found a replacement for Motta, allowing the fight to go ahead as planned.

According to MMA journalist Marcel Dorff, Chile-born fighter Ignacio Bahamondes will now fight Trey Ogden for a catchweight bout at 160 lbs. Fans will be excited to see Ogden step in at the last minute, providing a thrilling matchup against 'La Jaula'.

Despite this minor setback, UFC 287 is still expected to be a star-studded affair with a headlining rematch between Israel Adesanya and middleweight champion Alex Pereira. The rivalry has been brewing since their kickboxing days, with Pereira winning both previous matches. Pereira continued to outmaneuver Adesanya in MMA, defeating him via fifth-round TKO and becoming the new middleweight champion last year at UFC 281.

Another highlight of the event will be Jorge Masvidal's fight against Gilbert Burns in the co-main event. Masvidal, who has become one of the biggest stars in the promotion, will be looking to snap his losing streak and win back fans' support. Meanwhile, Burns will be seeking to extend his winning streak and make a strong case for a future title shot.

As the anticipation builds for UFC 287, fans will undoubtedly be glued to their screens to watch the exciting fights unfold.
