The Bare Knuckle FC (BKFC) showcased its latest event in Edmonton, Canada, on 31 Aug. where fans were treated to a plethora of knockouts. But arguably the most memorable moment of the evening took place between Kayden Giroux and Trevor Bozniak, which did not feature a knockout finish.
Instead, Bozniak suffered what appeared to be a dislocated ankle ten seconds into Round 1 of the clash. The bare-knuckle fighter fell awkwardly back onto his right foot, causing his ankle to twist violently, pulling it out of its socket.
But the 47-year-old barely flinched and swiftly popped his ankle back into place before standing up, hoping to continue the clash. But the referee was savvy to the situation and called an abrupt end to the fight.
The official BKFC page posted the footage on X following the event, writing this:
"How did he just snap his foot back like nothing happened."

"Bro feels no pain."
Another fan wrote:
"That dude didn't even wince. I have no clue how he just put it back and was like, 'I'm good.'"

Oleksandr Usyk could feature in BKFC following boxing career, teases fellow team member
Oleksandr Usyk is currently the king of boxing's heavyweight division, having been crowned the undisputed world champion after beating Tyson Fury in May 2024. The Ukrainian has since been forced to vacate his IBF world title, meaning that his upcoming rematch with Fury will not be for undisputed glory.
One of Usyk's fellow co-founders of the boxing application, Ready to Fight, Sergey Lapin, has claimed that 'The Cat' will retire Fury when the pair meet in the ring for a second time.
Lapin's prediction came during an interview with Betway Insider, where he also teased about a potential BKFC fight for Usyk in the future, which is now co-owned by Conor McGregor.
He said this:
"Once he's retired Tyson Fury, he will consider his options. Maybe that's dropping down in weight again, or maybe there's a wildcard option on the table for him; be it in the boxing ring, the MMA cage or even Conor McGregor's Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship."
