Conor Benn has once again put the BBBoC on blast.

Conor Benn's positive test continues to complicate a potential return.

'The Destroyer' has been on the sidelines since last October. Just days out from his scheduled clash against Chris Eubank Jr., the welterweight prospect tested positive for Clomifene. Due to the consumption of the banned substance, he was quickly suspended.

Since then, the British star has continued to plead his innocence. Late last month, Benn was cleared by the WBC to return to their welterweight rankings, as the council opined that the positive tests were due to high consumption of eggs. Following that clearance, he began looking at a potential return.

The issue is that Conor Benn remains banned by the British Boxing Board of Control. To this point, the commission has stated that the welterweight hasn't provided enough evidence to be exonerated. Despite this, Benn has stated his intention to just box outside of the U.K.

The BBBoC has recently come out against that potential option. The commission has attempted to lobby other commissions around the world to not let Benn fight. The British prospect has now responded to their recent attempts to stop his return.

In a series of posts made to Instagram Stories, Benn stated that he's willing to meet with the commission to discuss a return. He also hit back at the BBBoC for their rules.

Conor Benn positive test: Who is he supposed to fight next?

Due to Conor Benn's positive test, a re-booked fight with Chris Eubank Jr. is already running into issues.

'The Destroyer' and 'Next Gen' were booked to square off last October. While the two had never stepped in the ring with each other before, their fathers had competed on two prior occasions in the 90s.

The rivalry between Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn went down as one of the best in recent memory. However, the budding rivalry between their sons is seemingly snakebitten. Just days before their scheduled fight last year, Benn tested positive.

All these months later, Conor Benn was seemingly closing in on a return. With reports quickly linking him to a potential matchup with Manny Pacquiao, he's since focused on a re-booked matchup with Eubank Jr. The two were reportedly targeting a bout for June 3 in the UAE.

However, given BBBoC's recent stance against Benn returning, the fight is now up in the air. While commissions will sometimes not enforce suspensions from other commissions, others commonly do. As a result, Benn's return remains uncertain.
