Jake Paul is finally set to take on Tommy Fury in the boxing ring this weekend in Riyadh, and Cristiano Ronaldo has finally confirmed whether he will be in attendance.

This is the third attempt at matching up 'The Problem Child' and 'TNT' for a boxing contest after the previous two bookings failed to materialize. With their rivalry building up over a year of trash-talking and negotiating, February 26 will undoubtedly bring fireworks to the Diriyah Arena in Riyadh.

Considering the two boxers will go head-to-head in Cristiano Ronaldo's current backyard, it is unsurprising that the Portuguese soccer legend will be sitting cage-side for the highly anticipated boxing match.

While Jake Paul had previously teased CR7's presence, British journalist Piers Morgan recently confirmed the news. In an interview with Paul on Piers Morgan Uncensored, the host asked the 26-year-old American if he thought Ronaldo would be there.

While Jake Paul could only reiterate the rumors, Piers Morgan later revealed to viewers that Cristiano Ronaldo had personally confirmed texted him confirming his attendance at the fight.

"Cristiano Ronaldo has just told me he is going to the fight on Sunday and he thinks it’s going to be a great fight which many people do so there you are."

Jake Paul Next Fight: 'The Problem Child' says he will fight Nate Diaz next

Jake Paul is already planning ahead of Sunday (February 26) when he is scheduled to go eight rounds against Tommy Fury in a boxing ring in Saudi Arabia. The 26-year-old American stays true to his pattern of fighting former UFC fighters and recently claimed that he will face Nate Diaz next.

'The Problem Child' and the Stockton slugger share an ugly history, having traded harsh words on social media. Their respective teams even had a physical altercation after Paul's boxing match against Anderson Silva.

Jake Paul has called Nate Diaz out multiple times, teasing a two-fight contract where they clashed in boxing and MMA. However, it seems the former Disney star is finally getting his wish granted.

In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Paul said he hopes the former UFC lightweight title challenger will be his next opponent, stating:

"I think they're ready. I'm getting through Sunday and we're going to line that one up, ASAP... I think that's next. I think that's what the fans want, and that's who I want."
