Danielle Kelly “doing everything to be prepared” to reclaim her throne from Mayssa Bastos at ONE Fight Night 26

Danielle Kelly wants to leave no stone unturned when she faces off against the woman who took the ONE atomweight submission grappling world title from her.

The American submission star will take on Mayssa Bastos in a world title rematch at ONE Fight Night 26 on December 6, US primetime, at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.

Taking to Instagram, Kelly showed a snippet of her ongoing training camp as she prepares to avenge the only loss she suffered in her ONE Championship tenure.

Danielle Kelly wrote:

"Trying to roll through ever session like 🦥🦥🦥 it's not going to be easy nor [is] this match, but doing everything to be prepared."

Kelly was riding an impressive wave of momentum when she faced Bastos ONE Fight Night 24 to defend the ONE atomweight submission grappling world title.

The 28-year-old was undefeated in her first four fights in the promotion and was on a three-fight winning streak against Mariia Molchanova, Ayaka Miura, and Jessa Khan.

Bastos, however, endured Kelly's overwhelming presence in their grappling chess match in Bangkok.

A nine-time IBJJF world champion, Bastos flaunted her class and remained calm under Kelly's relentless pressure to secure the unanimous decision win.

The two newfound rivals now head to their world title sequel in the same arena where they met for the first time.
