Recently, flyweight contender 'The King' Danny Kingad discussed the upcoming John Lineker vs. Fabricio Andrade bantamweight world title fight. Kingad is a talented Wushu athlete who recognizes skillful striking when he sees it.

Combat sports followers around the globe are looking forward to the rematch between Andrade and Lineker, which is set for ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video. The event will go down on February 24 at the iconic Lumpinee Stadium.

All the action will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers across North America.

Speaking in an interview with The MMA Superfan, Kingad commented on how skillful Brazil's Fabricio Andrade is when it comes to distance management. 'The King' explained:

"Fabricio Andrade is a master at using distance. He’s long and athletic, and also taller than John Lineker. The distance and range was a huge factor in the first fight. That’s why he had a lot of success and dominated Lineker. It might be a factor again."

Fabricio Andrade seeking to repeat his success

'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade needed to fight from a distance to stuff the brawling style from 'Hands of Stone'. John Lineker is known for throwing bombs, but he needs to get in close to land his fists.

The 25-year-old Brazilian felt that he was able to show his superior hands and distance control in the first fight. While speaking in an interview with ONE Championship, 'Wonder Boy' said:

“I trained a lot, worked a lot, and sacrificed a lot to get in my best shape. I made weight, I did everything right, I was winning the fight, almost knocking him out, and the fight ended like that. From a near knockout to a no contest, it was very frustrating. I was very sad with the result of the fight.”

The first meeting ended with an accidental illegal groin strike, and the match was declared a no contest. With that, the ONE bantamweight world championship still remains vacant, and Andrade and Lineker will soon go to war once again for this throne.
