Top ONE bantamweight contender Fabricio Andrade is gearing up for his rematch with John Lineker at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video. But despite having his eyes on that gold, the rising superstar is considering making a move to featherweight at some point in the future.

'Wonder Boy' appeared to be seconds away from attaining the bantamweight belt in his first meeting with Lineker. However, an unintentional groin strike halted the Brazilian's title hopes for the time being.

Acquiring the world title is at the forefront of Fabricio Andrade's mind and he'll get another chance at ONE Fight Night 7. After that, the 25-year-old thinks moving up in weight is a possibility.

He told The MMA Superfan:

"Yeah, of course, that's our option. You can see that I could fight in Muay Thai, and I could fight in kickboxing. I could go up a weight [class]."

Fabricio Andrade predicts winner of upcoming Nong-O vs. Alaverdi Ramazanov match

The rising superstar will be watching the upcoming bantamweight Muay Thai title bout between longtime champion Nong-O Gaiyanghadao and Alaverdi Ramazanov.

With intentions of competing in Muay Thai down the line, Andrade knows facing either one of the two aforementioned strikers is entirely possible. He picked his winner of the championship match in his conversation with The MMA Superfan:

"Nong-O is smart. He will take his time. He will see and feel the fight. He could see a fifth-round KO, you don't know, he takes his time. He's smart. Alaverdi is a tall guy. He's very long. So I think Nong-O will be smart and try to outsmart him. So we could see a decision. I would pick either a third-round KO or a decision."

Nong-O is a perfect 9-0 inside the circle, with six title defenses. Not only that, but he's riding a four-fight knockout streak, which includes his opening-round leg-kick finish of Liam Harrison in his last outing.

Make sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 7 on February 24 to watch the long-awaited rematch between Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker for the vacant bantamweight world title, live from the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok.
