ONE bantamweight title contender Fabricio Andrade has confirmed that a double-champ will be in his corner at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video.
'Wonder Boy' revealed that the great Anatoly Malykhin drove all the way to Bangkok to corner him in his title fight rematch against John Lineker.
Fabricio Andrade spoke to the South China Morning Post about having Malykhin in his corner for his world title bout:
"Yeah yeah Anatoly. Anatoly is coming, he’s driving from Phuket to Bangkok so he’s arrived today as well. It’s a long drive, 12 hours."

The 25-year-old is confident that he'll be able to knock out John Lineker inside three rounds to attain the vacant bantamweight world title.

Fabricio Andrade reflects on newfound fame after first title fight with John Lineker last October
Fabricio 'Wonder Boy' Andrade burst onto the scene after joining ONE Championship in 2020, tallying five straight wins en route to a title bout against John Lineker. The contender discussed his newfound fame in an interview with the promotion, saying:
“Man it’s crazy. A lot of stuff is happening in my life right now. It’s a bit like sometimes I get confused. It’s something that I have dreamed of my whole life, you know. But when it’s actually happening, it’s hard to believe. I get really confused sometimes with what should I do, you know and stuff.”
Andrade added:
“There’s so much good stuff happening in my life right now, you know, and it’s been really fast. I signed with ONE and I got all these fights and performances and they keep me busy.”
Despite the fame and distractions, Andrade is locked in on securing bantamweight gold and ending his chapter with Lineker.
