According to the projected betting lines by Best Fight Odds, the reigning bantamweight champion is the -120 favorite for a future fight against the former two-division champion Cejudo who is a +100 underdog.

Henry Cejudo last fought in the famed octagon in his 2020 bout against Dominick Cruz at UFC 249. The Olympic gold medalist wrestler clinched a second-round TKO victory at the event. He is perhaps most famous for disrupting legendary flyweight Demetrious Johnson's almost six-year title reign in 2018. Cejudo also holds a win against former two-time bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw. His pro record stands at an enviable 16-2.

When Aljamain Sterling said that he would beat Henry Cejudo in a wrestling match

Henry Cejudo is one of the few UFC athletes to have captured an Olympic Gold medal. 'Triple C' was the free-style wrestling champion at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Cejudo is also a two-time US national champion.

However, Aljamain Sterling still thinks that he can get the better of Cejudo in a wrestling match. In an episode of his podcast, 'Funk Master' claimed that his bigger size would enable him to best the 35-year-old at his own game:

"I don't even see how he would win. He's just so much smaller than me. I'm like, dude what is your path to victory and beating me in a free-style match? Like you took a shot I can step around and cut the corner on you and expose your back for points. Like people think my wrestling is not up to par with these guys just because they have a gold medal... I've wrestled with a lot of high-level guys and I wrestle more competitively now than you do."
