Gordon Ryan recently highlighted an aspect related to Adolf Hitler, which garnered a lot of reactions from fans. After a stern criticism of the na*i leader, Ryan also praised one of the amenities Hitler had at his disposal.

Ryan, a five-time ADCC world champion, is easily one of the most accomplished grapplers in the world. However, he is currently having a heated feud with his former Danaher Death Squad (DDS) teammate, Craig Jones.

Following the feud, Ryan and Jones have traded an array of disses on Instagram. But one of Ryan's recent stories, showcased him expressing his take on Hitler. 'The King' dubbed the na*i leader as a terrible person with flawed ideologies, but he also appreciated the conduct of his generals. An X post from @BenTheBaneDavis highlighted Gordon's take on Hitler:

"Hitler ideologies were flawed, and he was a terrible human... But his generals were the best in the world at the time."

It also received a plethora of reactions from the fans. One of them took a dig at Ryan's opinion, writing:

"How do you get cte from jiu jitsu?"

However, most others stood in contradiction to the caption of the tweet, which implied Ryan was appreciating Hitler. A few such comments read:

"Technically he’s not praising Hitler. He’s saying he had good generals. Which is probably true"
"That's not praise, that's a historical fact. He did have an effective government regardless of what he put it to use for."
"This is him criticising Hitler, not praising."

Gordon Ryan blamed Craig Jones for the dismantling of Danaher Death Squad

Gordon Ryan and Craig Jones were teammates under coach John Danaher, which led to the formation of Danaher Death Squad, one of the most formidable teams in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

However, things fell apart as Ryan's brother, Nicky Ryan, Craig Jones, and several others parted ways with DDS to form their new team, called the B-Team.

Ryan hadn't spoken much about the breaking of DDS since it happened in 202. But the 29-year-old recently appeared in an episode of Jake Shields' podcast and blamed Jones for the falling apart of the coveted DDS:

"Craig's whole thing is that if he can't beat you, if he can't beat something or win at something, he'll try and destroy it. He couldn't beat me, so he joined the DDS [Danaher Death Squad] and then he broke the team up. He couldn't win ADCC so he tried to crush the ADCC. He's just very vindictive. Craig's Instragram persona is the exact opposite of what Craig is in real life."
