ONE newcomer Roberto Soldic is set to make his highly anticipated promotional debut at ONE on Prime Video 5 against Murad Ramazanov. 'Robocop' is truly living out his dreams of fighting in the circle on a worldwide stage.

The former two-division KSW champion has dreamed of being a world-class fighter from a young age. Soldic recently spoke to the organization about his desire to be a mixed martial artist:

"I was always a hyperactive kid. And always [I was on the] street [playing] football. I wanted to do wrestling, judo, everything, but it's not so famous and not so popular. We have only judo and football that you can train, so most people, they [have a] normal life. They have a job, they go outside, in cafes, they smoke, they drink, I tried to be the other guy, I don't want this stuff."

Roberto Soldic continued, saying:

"And just one night, I started training, like 15 years old, 16, and I stopped doing everything. Like, I don't go to cafes anymore, and I start to run because it’s a healthy life. I like this because I also watched Cro Cop, GSP, many, many legends. There was also Chuck Liddell. So, I tried to do something that nobody has done in my country before."

'Robocop' concluded by stating:

"And then when I start to run, and everything, they say that I'm crazy, what are you doing, go to work. I say, ‘I wanna fight in the cage."

Roberto Soldic welcoming any and all challengers in ONE

After amassing a 8-1 record under KSW's banner, Soldic is entering his ONE debut feeling like he can take on any of the organization's top welterweights.

He said on The MMA Hour:

"I want to stay humble. I want to feel the cage. I don’t want pressure, because this is no joke to these fighters. And when I see how they throw the elbows and everything, low kicks, you know this is really different. So I go for challenges in ONE Championship. I said to Chatri, ‘I want to fight everybody.'"

Be sure to tune in to ONE on Prime Video 5 on December 2 to watch Roberto Soldic make his promotional debut against unbeaten rising star Murad Ramazanov, live from the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines.
