"I want to see how DDP deals with this" - Fans react to full footage of Khamzat Chimaev dominating Arman Tsarukyan on the ground in reality TV show

After Khamzat Chimaev dominated Arman Tsarukyan on the ground on a Russian reality TV show, fight fans are now more eager than ever to see 'Borz' take on Dricus du Plessis for the UFC middleweight title.

Chimaev and Tsarukyan are opposing coaches on Hype Reality, a combat sports show dubbed by many as Russia's answer to The Ultimate Fighter. In footage now doing rounds on social media, the Chechen-born UAE national could be seen expertly outclassing the No.1-ranked UFC lightweight on the ground.

In the latter part of the clip, Chimaev acknowledged that while he was surprised by Tsarukyan agreeing to grapple him, he was confident in his skills to deliver a shut-out performance over the Russian.

Chimaev's stock has seen a meteoric rise after his brutal submission win over former middleweight kingpin Robert Whittaker at UFC 308. Fans have been clamoring to see 'Borz' take on Du Plessis ever since, and with him now outclassing 'Ahalkalakets', those chants have become stronger.

Khamzat Chimaev's thoughts on potential Dricus du Plessis match up

Khamzat Chimaev doesn't see Dricus du Plessis as a challenging matchup. The 30-year-old deems the middleweight champion's grappling skills vastly inferior to his own and is confident of an easy win in a potential fight.

Expressing his thoughts on the South African during the post-fight press conference at UFC 308, Chimaev compared his win against Robert Whittaker to that of Du Plessis to profess his technical superiority:

"How I did with this guy, Rob [and] how's he done? Rob took him down. So if Rob took him down, that is salam alaikum."
