Johan Estupinan has set his eyes on the flyweight Muay Thai king Rodtang Jitmuangnon.

The Colombian rising star made his intentions known after knocking out Morocco's Zakaria El Jamari in the second round of their clash at ONE Fight Night 25 earlier this month, marking his fourth victory with ONE Championship so far.

The young gun, who believes that he was born to be a star, brought his unblemished record to 26-0 and received the second $50,000 bonus for his exciting performance inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok.

After that, he told the promotion at the post-fight interviews that his fight with Rodtang will be an amazing feat to have:

"It would be amazing, because he's just like me. He's hungry just like me, but I'm hungrier. So I think it's going to be amazing, and I will be victorious."

He also added:

"And, whenever you need 'Panda Kick', 'Panda Kick' is ready."

Given his track record and highlight reels so far, it is possible that he would have to face the top ranks first before he gets his wish to go head-to-head with the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion.

North American fans with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription can catch all the actions inside the ONE Fight Night 25 card for free on demand.

Johan Estupinan should expect tougher challenges ahead

Despite calling out Rodtang Jitmuangnon, Colombian rising star Johan Estupinan would first have to climb his way onto the top ranks and face tougher challenges along the way.

In fact, there are plenty of top fighters who would want to derail his winning streak inside the organization's stacked flyweight Muay Thai division.

Most probably, he will have to burst through the likes of Nakrob Fairtex, Elias Mahmoudi, Jacob Smith, Denis Puric, or the two-sport and two-division kingpin Superlek Kiatmoo9 before he can get his wish to share the arena with Rodtang.

Nonetheless, there is another name that will surely brings up the hype among the fans, and that is Malaysian-American upstart Johan Ghazali.

For now, we would have to wait until everything is set on stone for Johan Estupinan.
