Jake Paul recently congratulated Lionel Messi and Argentina on winning the 2022 FIFA World Cup. However, he believes that Kylian Mbappe is destined to take the GOAT mantle from the Argentine in the future.

Lionel Messi's Argentina took on Kylian Mbappe's France in the FIFA World Cup final this past weekend in what has been described as the most entertaining final in the history of the competition. The South American side appeared to be cruising to a 2-0 victory thanks to goals from Messi and Angel Di Maria before Mbappe responded with two goals in three minutes to take the game to extra time.

Argentina thought they had won the match yet again following another goal from Messi, but a second penalty for Kylian Mbappe meant the 23-year-old secured a hat-trick and the match went to penalties.

Argentina were eventually victorious in the shootout. With that, many believe the 35-year-old Messi finally cemented himself as the GOAT of the sport, finally holding the trophy that had eluded him.

In a now deleted tweet, Jake Paul, who supports Premier League club Liverpool, wrote:

"Messi cemented himself as the greatest of all time last night. No question. But you have to accept that Mbappe gave notice that he may take over that title when all is said and done. And they are teammates for at least one more season! Then I bet Mbappe leaves."

KSI is looking forward to highly anticipated showdown with Jake Paul after he faces Dillon Danis

British YouTube star KSI is clearly confident he's going to defeat MMA fighter Dillon Danis because he is already looking ahead to "destroying" everything Jake Paul has built in his career.

The 29-year-old is set to face off against Danis at the MF and DAZN: X Series 004 event, headlining the card at Wembley Arena in London next month. 'The Nightmare' believes a victory over the MMA fighter will be enough for him to face 'The Problem Child' in the ring next.

According to the award-winning YouTuber & musician, breaking an opponent in the ring fills him with joy and it's something he's looking forward to experiencing against Paul.

He said at the event's recent press conference:

"For me, you know, making sure I break Dillon Danis’ face on Jan. 14. It’s going to give me so much joy, and then breaking the next person, and then the next person, or whoever it is, and then eventually getting to Jake Paul and destroying everything that he has built. I think it’s going to be fantastic."
