Jake Paul v Tommy Fury - fight night

Social media star-turned-boxer Jake Paul has paid $100k in fines for violating crypto disclosure rules.

Back in March 2022, 'The Problem Child' was paid $25k to promote Tronix, a cryptocurrency token. As revealed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Paul has now been charged a hefty sum for failing to reveal that it was a paid promotion.

Interestingly, it's not only Jake Paul charged with wrongdoing. Lindsay Lohan, Soulja Boy and several other celebrities have also been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission for violating the disclosure rules.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has also announced that it is suing Justin Sun, the founder and owner of Tronix and three of his companies for failing to properly register his crypto securities, manipulating the markets and failing to disclose paid relationships with celebrities.

Jake Paul's MVP reveals offer made to KSI for December 2023 bout

A potential fight between Jake Paul and KSI has been in the works for quite some time now. The two have been very vocal about their disregard for each other and leave no opportunity to demean the other person.

While the two have failed to come to terms with making the fight happen as of yet, it has been revealed that an offer was sent to KSI and his team in November 2022.

In a recent statement made to The Mirror, Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions revealed that Paul agreed for a bout against 'JJ' to take place in the UK and stated:

"MVP sent the original offer to Misfits for Jake Paul vs KSI on November 28, 2022 for the fight to occur in December of 2023 per Misfits desire to have JJ get at least two more fights in for experience, We also agreed to do it in the UK as Jake didn’t want any hurdles.
"[This is] even though Jake is clearly the A-Side by any box office metric, internet search trends or KSI's own words where he consistently says Jake is his ultimate goal. We offered 10 rounds, an 18x18 ring, 185lb, sanctioned by BBBofC, 50/50 deal. Both fighters as A-Side, splitting A-side designations."

It is worth noting that no developments in a potential bout between Paul and KSI have been made since then.

However, 'JJ' is set to face Joe Fournier later this year in May. Following a potential win over Fournier, we can certainly expect to see the Brit call out 'The Problem Child'.
