Joe Rogan has not been one to shy away from discussing any topic on his popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE). The UFC commentator recently shared his thoughts on the arrest of controversial former kickboxer Andrew Tate.

Speaking to guest Dave Portnoy on episode #1920 of JRE, Rogan discussed watching Tate on Patrick Bet-David's podcast, stating:

"They talked for hours, and you get to see this is a very intelligent and calculated guy. You might not agree with his message. You might not agree with all the misogynist stuff. And I don't agree with it. You might not agree all the crazy antics, but you cannot deny that that's been incredibly successful because it resonates with a lot of young men who don't feel represented in the media."

Rogan added:

"I don't know him. If I did know him, I would tell him all the boastful s**t and the s**t about him being the Top G and all that stuff - all that s**t's great, but the misogynistic stuff - like, if you have daughters or if you have a wife or if you have sisters, you don't want that. That narrative, putting that out there, that's negative - to everybody. It's not even positive to him. It's like, it's not necessary."

Tate was arrested in Romania and charged with human trafficking. His assets have been seized as he awaits trial.

Joe Rogan opens up on social media policies of Canadian universities

Joe Rogan recently hosted guest Bret Weinstein on episode #1919 of JRE. The UFC commentator shared his thoughts on Jordan Peterson's claim that the Ontario College of Psychologists threatened to remove his license if he didn't attend social media retraining.

Rogan stated:

"He's getting in trouble for retweeting some person who was critical of Justin Trudeau. Whatever board of psychologists that they have in Ontario is bringing him in for disciplinary discussions. They want him to be involved in some sort of a class... The term retraining is so crazy that he is going to have to participate in mandatory social media communication retraining... You have to be a different person."

Rogan shared that Peterson's beliefs do not interfere with his work. Furthermore, the threat is empty as he no longer sees patients.
