Joe Rogan recently shared his reaction to the presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump on ABC News earlier this month. Veteran newscasters David Muir and Linsey Davis hosted the highly anticipated 90-minute debate at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

While some believe Trump held his own in the debate, most viewers agreed that Harris outperformed her opponent and managed to get under his skin, successfully triggering the former POTUS to go off on a controversial tangent. Ultimately, most viewers thought that Harris came out on top.

In an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast with Tom Segura (JRE #2202), the UFC commentator shared his reaction to Harris' takedown of Trump and lauded her team for preparing her so well. He said:

"Whoever is helping her, whoever is coaching her, whoever is the puppet master holding the strings [blows chef's kiss], you did a f**king amazing job... Whatever they're doing, whoever is writing those speeches, coaching her... She's nailing it... She was way better prepared."

After a clip from Rogan's podcast was shared by @MikeSington on X, political strategist Tim Fullerton shared his thoughts and how it affects Trump's chances. The Fullerton Strategies CEO wrote:

"This is a huge problem for Donald Trump. If Joe Rogan turns on him and starts praising Kamala Harris like he is here - Trump is toast."

When Joe Rogan explained turning down Donald Trump interview on his podcast

Joe Rogan is undeniably among the most influential voices in popular culture today and hosts one of the biggest podcasts in the world. Given the UFC commentator's stardom, it's no surprise that many wanted him to host Donald Trump on the JRE podcast. However, Rogan's never been interested.

During an appearance on Lex Friedman's podcast, Rogan discussed Trump's influence over American politics and outlined that he wasn't a supporter of the real estate mogul. Explaining his reluctance to host him on JRE, he said:

"The problem is, it's a real problem in that I don't want anybody to be uncomfortable, and I don't think it's my role... If I'm talking to someone like him [Donald Trump], there are some uncomfortable things that have to be addressed."

He continued:

"I do things if I think someone's cool, if I'm interested in someone or I think what their position is is fascinating. With him it was like, 'I don't want to help anybody in this race.' I certainly don't want to help him, and I certainly don't want to help [Joe] Biden."
