The UFC 282 broadcast team has been made official and Joe Rogan will be on the commentary desk.

Rogan has been a fixture at UFC events since 1998. However, in recent years, he has scaled down his workload and only commentates on domestic UFC pay-per-view events.

Since UFC 282 is taking place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, fans will be able to hear the JRE host call the final UFC pay-per-view of 2022.

The longtime UFC commentator brings a lot of enthusiasm to the broadcast, and as one fan pointed out, is an important element to the event:

"Joe Rogan brings the hype. You can't underestimate the importance of that."

The UFC commentator has had quite the week as he was among the people who former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor targeted in his latest Twitter tirade.

UFC 282 will be headlined by a vacant UFC light heavyweight title bout after Jiri Prochazka was forced to relinquish his title due to a shoulder injury. The promotion moved Magomed Ankalaev vs. Jan Blachowicz to the main event instead, with the winner becoming the new light heavyweight champion.

Elsewhere on the card, the likes of Paddy Pimblett, Darren Till, Bryce Mitchell and Santiago Ponzinibbio will all be in action in Las Vegas.
