'Hands of Stone' John Lineker is highly impressed with 'The Sniper' Stephen Loman. The top-ranked bantamweight from the Philippines is currently on a whopping 11 fight win streak.

Brazil's John Lineker took notice of 'The Sniper' after his most recent victory over former world champion Bibiano Fernandes. In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, 'Hands of Stone' said:

"It was a very tough fight, both fighters gave themselves a lot in the fight. Stephen Loman is certainly a future challenger for the title. I almost fought him, but he got Covid and ended up changing my opponent. But he's definitely a contender for the title."

'Hands of Stone' John Lineker and 'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade have been booked for a second match with the vacant ONE bantamweight world championship on the line.

The world championship battle between the two heavy-handed Brazilian strikers will be the main event bout of ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video, which is booked for February 24 at the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok.

All the action will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers across North America.

After Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker settle the ONE bantamweight world title, the dangerous Filipino-born striker Stephen Loman will be next in line to challenge for the throne.

John Lineker admits Fabricio Andrade is one of the toughest challenges of his career

It will be a match to remember when Lineker and Andrade meet in the ONE circle on February 24. After an unfortunate end to their first match, due to an accidental groin strike, both fighters are hungry to earn the vacant world championship.

Over three rounds of battle, which ended as a No Contest, the MMA veteran 'Hands of Stone' can admit that Fabricio Andrade is the toughest match of his entire career.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Lineker explained:

“I've had many tough fights. So I can say that Andrade was one of the toughest challenges I faced. I've already had quite tough fights, but Andrade gave me a lot of work.”

Lineker and Andrade will soon meet in the ONE circle. Both of these Brazilian strikers will be aiming for a knockout victory to capture the prestigious ONE bantamweight world title.
