Sean Strickland recently revealed that he had a black friend who was afraid of becoming the victim of a hate crime in the aftermath of Donald Trump securing a second term as U.S. President after the 2024 elections. While Strickland didn't name the friend, many fans speculated he was referring to Chris Curtis.
In a recent X post, Strickland opened up about his friend not taking Trump's re-election well and claimed it was more dangerous for white people in Las Vegas, where he lived. He wrote:
"I have a black buddy who is legitimately scared of being a victim of a hate crime now. You realize, per city data, it's more dangerous to be a white person than a black person in Las Vegas; I'm just not a pu**y. I don't live my life in fear like a f*cking liberal pu**y."
One fan asked Strickland:
"Why not just tag Chris Curtis."
Another fan wrote:
"I think your buddy is referring to dealing with cops, lmao."
One user wrote:
"I think he has a higher chance of being a victim of a hate crime in Africa or any black neighborhood."

"You know what the craziest f*cking thing to me is? Female race car drivers. Vote, fight, run, whatever, man. It's a new world of equality but like how the f*ck did someone think it was a good idea to let you all drive fast?!"
