ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon's terrifying striking abilities were on full display in May 2022 when he welcomed United Kingdom standout Jacob Smith to ONE Championship.

Competing in the quarterfinals of the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai Grand Prix, 'The Iron Man' dominated Smith in most of their exchanges and did not allow the promotional newcomer to find any breathing room. Rodtang ultimately emerged with the unanimous decision win.

Two years since they last shared the circle, Rodtang and Smith will cross paths again at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8 inside the State Farm Arena, where Rodtang will defend the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship.

Jacob Smith confident in his game plan against Rodtang at ONE 169

Jacob Smith, now the third-ranked ONE flyweight Muay Thai competitor, is certain he and his team have devised the perfect strategy to dethrone Rodtang at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8 inside the State Farm Arena.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, the Bad Company and Thaifist product stated:

"I'm a lot more well-rounded. So, he'll feel a lot more of my power this time 'cause I'm going to be in better positions now. I understand how good he is now. So my calculations are gonna be different too now."
