'The Kicking Machine' Superlek Kiatmoo9 has something to prove when he faces the Muay Thai king 'The Iron Man' Rodtang Jitmuangnon. The two ace strikers will battle for the flyweight kickboxing throne on March 24 at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video.

Superlek is a powerful Thai-born striker who has looked nearly flawless in his last few bouts. Meanwhile, Rodtang Jitmuangnon's relentless pressure has seen him stay undefeated in striking competitions in ONE Championship. 'The Iron Man' is a fan favorite due to his aggressive style and penchant for getting into wars.

As the two are booked to fight for the ONE flyweight kickboxing world championship, the reigning kickboxing king Superlek believes that Rodtang will be more cautious in this bout. The stakes of the fight are higher, but so is the threat from the aptly named 'The Kicking Machine'.

In an interview with ONE Championship, the ONE flyweight kickboxing world titleholder said:

"Maybe this time [Rodtang] will come to me with less aggression. He is likely to be more careful. He may have plotted to prevent me from throwing my weapons. But I can guarantee no matter what style he uses on me, he’ll never scare me."

ONE Fight Night 8 is available live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America.

Superlek believes his kicks will make the difference against Rodtang Jitmuangnon

Superlek is confident that his thunderous kicks will make all the difference when facing 'The Iron Man'. In an interview with ONE Championship, Superlek explained:

“I believe my kicks are better than his in kickboxing. First, I’m a little taller than him. Second, I think my leg movement is better than his in terms of speed... I can predict his patterns clearly. Rodtang may hit hard, but he is slower than me. This should be my advantage.”

Fans have been waiting a long time to finally see these two battle. Rodtang Jitmuangnon is the current ONE flyweight Muay Thai king and will be looking to add a world title in a second sport to his name on March 24.

Superlek recently captured the kickboxing throne and will not be looking to give up his ONE gold easily.
