The indoor complex was renamed the Jeunesse Arena when American cosmetics company Jeunesse Global secured the naming rights in 2017.According to an article by GL events, the Arena can host up to 18,000 fans during various sporting and entertainment events. The arena also holds 28 meeting rooms and 2,400 square meters of exhibition space.The venue has hosted various major sports and entertainment events, including the 2007 Pan American Games Gymnastics and Basketball events, and the 2016 Summer Olympics Gymnastics events among a few.Jeunesse Arena has also hosted various UFC events, including UFC 134, which was the premier MMA promotion's second ever event in Brazil.As per Sportsmatik, the venue played the host during pop sensation Miley Cyrus' first concert in Brazil.
